This is one of those rare products that feels like it was designed by the people who actually participate in the sport it is intended to be used in. It's got plenty of pockets, lots of doodads to keep things from bouncing around, and multiple ways to fine-tune the fit. It is very easy to carry a lot of water and organize phones, keys, and gels. That said, I noticed a couple of things that could be adjusted a bit: -The tube for the bladder is VERY long. I had problems with it rubbing against my neck and shoulders. I think I can fix this by using a sewing machine to add some velcro to the straps. -The sound of the water bouncing around in the bladder can be annoying especially as you drink more. However, I think this is going to be an issue with any hydration bladder. -The biggest drawback--the whole vest tends to "ride up" a little bit during long runs. I have to choose between this, and tightening the chest straps so much that they become restrictive. I think this might be something to do with me being large-chested, but I'm not sure what the solution is at the moment. All in all though, this is a very good product, and what it offers are enough to balance out its very slight problems.

This hydration vest is great! I wore it for the first time on a 25k trail run. I was nervous about using something new, but it worked perfectly! Lightweight and comfortable to wear. Doesn’t move around much at all. Has lots of pockets and storage. My phone fit in the front zipper pocket. Great deal!

I use this for all my long runs. It has room for my phone, snacks, credit cards, keys, and the mesh pouch on the back fits a hat or gloves. The back is mesh lined so it doesn't get too sweaty and it's holding up well to a quick dunk in soapy water and a rinse after runs. I wear it over a shirt and have not had any problems with chafing. It is on the big side so I wouldn't recommend it for a woman with a small frame. I'm 5'8" and I have the front straps pulled all the way closed to keep the vest clear of my arm swing. The only thing I don't like about the vest are the large holes at the corners of the pocket for the bladder. You can't put small items down in the bottom or they'll fall out. That's a minor quibble and overall this vest is well made and a great bargain compared to similar name brand running vests. Skip the bladder though, which is why I'm rating it four stars instead of five. The bite valve is so bad as to make it unusable. It either drips constantly or more often doesn't let any water out. Even when it works the amount of water that comes through is skimpy and I found myself constantly trying to suck on it for more fluid. Fortunately my old Platypus bladder fits in the vest and works like a charm so I'm running with that. I'm sure a Camelbak would work too.

This hydration vest is perfect and just what I was looking for! It’s so lightweight and comfortable for my long runs, and fits me perfectly. It’s not bulky, but there are extra pockets for carrying everything you need. I’m really impressed with the quality of this vest. Highly recommend!

The TRIWONDER 5L Marathon Running Race Vest is awesome. It is just what I was looking for. I have used other running backpacks in the past but they felt very bulky. This one does not. It has plenty of pockets to keep GU, phone, keys, etc. I used it on a 10 mile run over the weekend. It stayed in place and felt very comfortable. The bladder has a wide opening so you can put ice in the water and it makes it easy to clean. I plan to wear this when I run a marathon in October.

I ordered the running vest WITH the water bladder, but it was just delivered without the water bladder! The vest seems to be of good quality and exactly as described, but it's useless without the water bladder. I really needed this for tomorrow. I'd advise anyone to order this well ahead of time in case it's missing the water bladder. I'll have to buy one locally so I have something for tomorrow, but I have emailed the seller. I'll update this review when I hear back from them.

This is a great entry-level hydration pack that has served me well for frequent use. The bladder bag itself started leaking after about 6 months of use (about once per week for long runs) and despite cleaning it thoroughly and drying it as best that I could, it developed some appearance of mold in the tubing. I have repeatedly reached out to customer service and been told to send photos and videos, which I have provided on several occasions, but have never received followup on whether I qualify for a refund or a new item. Buyers, prepare to replace the bladder despite thorough cleaning and drying. Also, this is generally comfortable however if you wear a crop or your shirt rides up beneath the vest by accident, the bottom seam can cause significant chafing.

I have run 10 marathons, including the Boston Marathon. I mention this to say that I was looking for a pack that does not interfere with my running at all, as I am a very competitive runner. After researching different packs on Amazon, I decided to go with this one. I am extremely happy with it. I have already run a half marathon in it and I'm running a marathon in 2 weeks with this pic. I got the 1. 5 L because I feel like this will increase my efficiency with my mile times. The pack holds all of my gel packets well. There is a back pocket where I store the majority of them. I am extremely happy with the front pockets in the straps of the pack. I hold a gel packet up front on my right strap, and in my left strap there is enough room for my Galaxy S7 phone. The water hose does not seem to get in my way as long as I loop it through the front clips. For reference, I am 5 7 and weigh 130 lbs. I'm able to secure the pack tightly to my body so that there is no bouncing on my back. In the back of the pack, there is air ventilation to keep me from getting too hot with the pack on. I would suggest this pack to other Runners as I am very happy with it. It was definitely very comparable to the Nathan pack I saw for a fraction of the price.

alles gut verarbeitet und viel Stauraum. Leicht, schön und zweckmäßig. Die Anwendung der Trinkblase ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man muss wirklich die ganze Luft raus lassen, damit es während dem laufen keine Wellen schlägt. Auch das Ansaugen der Flüssigkeit bedarf etwas Übung

Had a few running vests this is my best vest by far comfortable fit is perfect and adjustable I have big boobs so excellent for adjusting the chest I wear over my sports bra and honestly can’t feel it forget I have it on pockets are a must and ther are plenty 10/10 I’m looking at buying the same one in another colour

Doesn't slip or move when running and has lots of great pockets to energy snacks in. The material is easy to clean and doesn't get heavy when wet. I used this bag for an Ultra 10k trail run through an alpine ski course - it poured the entire run and this bag was comfy and perfect for running. Fits nicely over boobs too!!
