पूरी पोलिस्टर का मटेरियल यूज़ हुआ है। और वो भी पतला कपड़ा है। जिम के रनिंग के मतलब की है गर्मियों में यूज़ करने के लिए। वो भी अगर ये सब एक्टिवि कर रहे हो तो 40 से 70 मिंट उस ऊपर यूज़ करने पे एरिटेंटिंग होने लगेगी
