I used this to color water in a Halloween decoration I made. It gave the perfect glow for my toxic waste!

Okay so I tried to follow the directions and die some cloth laces, I guess along the 100 mile journey I must have taken the wrong turn because when I rinsed out the laces at the end of the road they were still white.I'm not sure what I might have done wrong but wow it's so complicated the I wish I'd have just purchased laces of the correct color in the first place.I'm not saying the die is bad or that it doesn't work but it's so complicated for a first time user that I didn't succeed.Maybe if you try it you'll have a better experience than I did.It just cost too much for me to say I'd purchase it again.

I used this to help get the perfect green for a cotton duvet cover I was dyeing. After accidentally letting 3 bottles of dye drain in the washing machine, I decided to follow Rit's guide for hand-dyeing the duvet cover and it came out perfectly! I've never dyed anything before and I'm impressed at how even the color is. I'll be using more of this in the future 100%.

I wanted a white nylon Magellan shirt to be Hi-Vis for my bike riding. I figured that “neón yellow” was the copyright-friendly term for Hi-Vis. I used very hot water and a cup of white vinegar like the instructions said (but I forgot the teaspoon of detergent recommended). The results after 30 min were near perfect, on nylon.

So we used this for the puking skeleton for halloween, and its not as glowy as we hoped, it was kinda hard to see unless you had a lot of blacklight on it. Not to mention we had to use almost half the bottle just to get a consistent flow of color. Stick to green

Used this due to colour a short and refresh a pair of van which were already this colour but had faded in the washing machine.Easy to use, worked a treat and although it look more like a sunflower yellow, it's definitely neon and gave great end results.I have since purchased this brand in other colours and had similar results so I will definitely buy the Rit brand again in future.

This was the most useless dye, followed directions, it was very light in colour and mostly washed away after. I've used other Rit dye colours in the past with great success but this neon yellow was a dud!
