I’m genuinely very impressed with this 4K Smart TV from Samsung. From the moment I set it up, it’s delivered an excellent viewing experience that really punches above its price point. The picture quality is absolutely stunning — crisp, vibrant, and with great contrast that makes everything from films to sports look fantastic. For a TV in this price range, it honestly feels like you’re getting something much more premium. What really stands out are the smart features. The interface is smooth, intuitive, and packed with all the apps you’d want, making it incredibly easy to jump straight into your favourite content. The app control is another highlight — being able to manage everything from your phone adds a level of convenience that I didn’t realise I’d appreciate so much. Overall, I’m very, very impressed so far. It’s an amazing TV for the money and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality performance without breaking the bank.

Excellent. This Samsung TV was purchased to replace a 12 year old Samsung TV with a damaged screen and so of course this was a dramatic improvement. From unpacking through to set up and finish took around 15 minutes using the remote control, there is the option to link your phone but this seemed to take forever and I abandoned this procedure after an hour. It only takes one person to handle and set up the TV as it is reasonably light given it's size. Picture quality is superb and everything from movies stored on USB devices, amazon prime and terrestrial TV is upscaled to 4K quality. When watching movies you have the option to watch in Movie mode which gives a more authentic and nostalgic feel to those older movies. If you have avi. and wma. files then this TV does not support them and hence can't play them, a minor gripe but hey I can live with that. Sound quality with the inbuilt TV speakers is crystal clear and again superb, no need to buy a soundbar, another nice feature is the standby light which has been strategically placed under the TV so when the TV is switched off the standby light is not glowing at you from the front. Nice touch. Overall I'm very pleased with this TV and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. I did look at other makes such as TCL and HiSense which were in a similar price range but I chose the Samsung due to a professional recommendation and so far so good. One last thing, when viewing the screen from different angles, the picture quality does not alter or deteriorate, a sign of a good television.

Great quality sounds great quality great colour quality easy setup

Having the need to upgrade my tv following the death of my previous one. The Samsung Crystal UHD U7000F delivers excellent picture quality for the price. The content it displays looks sharp, vibrant, and detailed. Colours are bright without being over‑saturated. It’s a great all‑rounder for films, gaming, and everyday viewing, and the 55" size feels immersive without overwhelming the room. I use for a alternative PC screen for gaming and for tv watching the quality is perfect. Overall, it’s a fantastic 4K smart TV that offers impressive performance and features at a very reasonable price

TV is rubbish. I was looking for a mid-range 55" UHD tv, and thought i can go wrong with Samsung! Afterall my research suggested they were ok. As such i ordered the 55" Samsung Crystal UHD. I also ordered the home installation (£120) as i have a heart condition, meaning i can,t lift heavy items high. The install went great. Very friendly. Over the next day or so i finished the setup. To my dissapointment i tried eveything to get the blutooth working so that i could add headphones and a soundbar. I spoke with Amazon Technical several times, they were useless. Replicating everything i had already tried. I spoke to Samsung Techical who confirmed i had a faulty TV but would not do anything to help because it was sold by Amazon?? During my research i disvovered on various forums that this was a very common fault. They even have U-Tube videos dedicated to fixing this. Eventually i contacted Amazon AGAIN asking what could be done as i did not want a replacement considering the TV,S reputation. I explained i would like to purchase a different TV and Amazon agreed. However, they did not offer a refund on the installation, and more importantly i would have to take the old one down myself as Amazon DON'T offer that service. They were not interested! With some neighbourly help i got the TV on the floor. I arranged a UPS collection via Amazon but AMAZINGLY the courier (a very helpful chap) explained that as it was not boxed (the Amazon install team had taken the bix in their clean-up) it could not be taken. Also IMPORTANTLY UPS do NOT take 55" TV's (and above) because they do not fit on the warehouse belts. I CAN'T USE THE LANGUAGE I WANT TO, BUT AMAZON THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nice tv. Clear images. Good memory, quick response to my WiFi. Easy to set up - but a little time consuming as are all new tv's. No complaints other than I could have done with a smaller size but they dont do them smaller.

Nice TV to replace my older one. Great screen, my only issue is that the home screen when first one is a little slow to start. Otherwise very happy

I have to say I was very surprised having read a lot of negative reviews. For me this tv arrived on time, was well packed and was very easy to set up. I have and aerial, Sky puck, Chrome and a Fire stick, all of which were setup automatically and I was easily able to add extra apps. It has a great picture and the sound is pretty good as well. Would happily buy again if I needed another tv.
