How one can know if one is large or x-large? why there is no Size chart for palm measurements?

Can I use these while diving? I’m not looking for warmth, but need the grip to get up the boat ladder. My hands always slip

Can I use this gloves for concrete work ?

Has anyone experienced any type of skin reaction to these? I use them everyday where and I’m trying to see if they are causing the problem
