Naturnest is the best
A couple of times I ordered a roof top tent and both times it took my money and I've wanted 2-3 months with no results, luckily Amazon credited my card the full amount. I later found out they were China companies, probably scammers. I've ordered from China through Amazon before and never had an issue. I saw on YouTube about Naturnest, so I gave it a try. I'm so happy I did. Day after my purchase, Naturnest rep emailed me for my phone number, they wanted to make sure I knew when it was delivered. Wooden crate packaging, no damage, very well protected. It arrived in 2-3weeks, have not tried yet but love the when I inspected on my garage floor, the roominess and mattress pad were awesome

Very nice tent!
Very impressed with the tent. Arrives within a week, way faster than expected. Shipped in a heavy duty box. Pretty simple install, comes with everything you need. Very good quality and an extremely good value! Looking forward to testing out the mattress.

Comfy, sturdy, stylish and convenient.
This is my first experience with a mounted tent. The instructions are not for a beginner DIYer. Depending on your rack, you may have to do some modifications. If your using a low profile rack, purchase an extra extra long open end 10mm wrench. If your using a Hooke Rd rack, or any other rack that doesn't have keyslots drilled on both ends, drill some key slots on the opposite end of the slats that already has the key slots made. If you wish to mount a canopy without removing the tent, you will need to do this. Or virtually any thing on the opposite side. If your wanting to use a mounted shower, it wont work with the sirius model on the same side the tent folds out on. If your using a canopy on the opposite side you will have to modify the shower otherwise use a pop UP tent. The tent itself is great. Fairly roomy. Completely seals off the world. I purchased mine with the annex. Great move for me. I dont have the canopy yet so the annex provides me my privacy and shelter from the weather. The tent kept me adequately warm down to the 30s. I purchased the liner and at -5°, I was still comfy in my bed with two wool blankets. I will get a heater though for next year.

I did it once and I'll do it again!
Great option for the money. I camp often and for weeks at a time. So far I have been extremely happy with the quality and functionality of this tent. I camp with a bunch of other Overlanders and this tent has all the options of most of their much more expensive set ups. I would buy again for sure. Don't get in a hurry to recieve it. Shipping is slow!

2 week long road trip
Digging the tent so far. It is blacked out on the inside. Makes sleeping in very easy. Fast set up. Only complaints are the latches don’t seem to be enough. One bent right away but they rushed a new one. Also the under body dents easy. I put extra padding where the ladder sits when closed. Noticed two indents day one. Also added zipper extensions. Makes zipping much easier. Need to open all windows when closing to get the air out. Helps with keep sleeping bag in the tent when closed. Overall happy with it. Update: amazing customer service. Sent out a tent basically because of a broken zipper and some seam issues. Very responsive and will be ordering again in the future.

Needs better user manual and support
Parts shipped inside of tent put a hole in the fabric. Ladder instructions are for a different ladder. Directions on how to adjust the length of the ladder to accomodate different vehicle heights needs to be included. Whatsapp support is the only Naturnest support listed in the documentation and is a joke. No one answers when you call. I gave it 3 stars because the tent seems to be a good design. They just need to step up the support and instruction documentation.

Rocky Mountain Approved Plus Customer Service Award
Two things, the tent, and the Customer Service; I’ve been camping for 3 months now, having tested the Sirius Plus in every condition, this is an incredible, high-quality, resilient tent. I’ve been in the Rocky Mountains from Montana and Idaho down through Wyoming and Colorado, in all types of weather, and this tent has kept me dry and comfortable. I had one small issue and engaged with Customer Service, I was lucky enough to get paired with Flora, she was prompt, professional, and solved my small issue quickly, so I also need to mention the customer service will keep you happy. Highest ratings, best customer satisfaction, naturnest all the way. Thank you, Flora.

Really easy installation although the instruction need a bit more work, but most people should be able to follow without issue. I installed it without help, but highly recommend having a second set of hands to get the tent on top of the vehicle/rack. Once up top, it was minutes to have things tightened down to the vehicle. I have had a chance to use it once so far and setup is easy. I can pull into a site, level out (which is the bulk of time spent setting up) and then open up the tent in maybe a minute. Most of the time is spent putting your stuff into the tent. The same for packing down. So far I am impressed with the tent and looking forward to using it more in the coming months.

Great quality for the price

Seems to be decent quality and is definitely rain proof and the lighting is a nice touch but the ladder to get in is junk when you spend a couple grand on one of these I would expect a decent ladder not some plastic pice of crap that doesn’t lock in position
