He’s just getting into gaming and computers. This is the perfect 1st time computer for him. Was very easy to set up. Not noisy, WiFi works great on it. Size is just right for what he’s using it for!

So far its 2 stars. Worked great for like a week. Now every time I go to use it I have to restart it like 5+ times in order for it to work. But once it finally gets going it does fine. I havent even attempted to play games on it yet, just been using it to write. Will update review (if possible) the longer this goes on, right now I wouldn't really recommend, I also got a phone call from them pushing me to review this which was really weird. Functionality is subpar, its just really annoying having to keep turning it off and on off and on in order to even log into the thing. I'd hate to see this thing I ever tried gaming on it. Update 1: its only getting worse my screens constantly glitch out and I end up having to spend 30+ minutes to fix the issue. I can't click anything and I havent even ATTEPMTED to game on this POS. Ive used to do class work so opening up 2 websites. One for videos and one for notes. I swear they are selling defective stuff. Update 3: im returning this piece of absolute crap. It wont let me do anything now, I have no sound and can't even open settings because they "dont exsist" total waste of money and time, save yourself the hassle and just DO NOT BUY

This was a great gaming PC for my nephew to start his journey into the gaming world. Make sure all pieces that should be included with the PC are in the box! The headset and webcam were missing when this package arrived. I reached out to Tech Magnet and they immediately sent me the missing items. Great customer service!

Great PC other than it wont play baldurs gate 3 which is why I bought it. No computer nerd or anything so maybe thats my problem lol Bought the new Xbox instead

I bought this computer back in March 2025 so I guess it’s about seven months old. It worked great up until a few days ago. The power would not come on so I’m assuming it’s the power supply that’s not working so I called the technical support people I assume there would’ve been a one year warranty on it But after I talk to the people, they told me there was only a three month warranty on it so it’s out of warranty and it does not work anymore so I guess it’s on me to go and take the computer in to get it fixed so just for that reason I’m only giving them a one star

Decent PC for low tier gaming, and it works well but the LED in the front has fell off after about a month and a half but I can stick it back on and it looks like the monitor it came with has screen burn out of the box.
