Old Favorite
I chose these Superfeet run high arch support insoles as a second pair to the pair I’ve used for walking over the past six years. I needed a second pair because I wear them both for my two-hour daily walk and my eight-hour shift at work. I got tired of moving the one pair between two pair of shoes. Superfeet should be commended for retaining the same model insert for many years instead of making a change every year like shoe manufacturers. I can attest to the quality and longevity of the insoles as my old pair feel just as comfortable as the new pair. Choosing the right model for your needs is simplified with color coding and precise descriptions in terms of who and what a particular model is best suited. I chose a running insole even though I’m not a runner. The detailed descriptions allowed me to focus on the features that would best suite my needs over the intended function of the insole. The insoles have a brief break-in period while the insole shapes to fit your foot. I wouldn’t call these “high arch”, as other high arch insoles I’ve tried feel much more pronounced. The level of arch support is spot on providing just the right amount of support without affecting comfort. The quality and engineering of these insoles rivals the best on the market. The cover is a textured durable woven material, the design includes a heel cup not often found in an off-the-shelf insole. Other features include a mid-foot length protective plastic shell that doubles as the arch support. The primary material is molded with built-in flex points and firm cushioning that, once broken in, shapes to fit your foot providing a much higher level of comfort. I use them in my walking shoes averaging two hours a day as well as in my work shoes where I am on my feet for the full eight-hour shift.

Great support — but be ready for a break-in period
These insoles offer amazing arch support, especially if you have high arches or need more structure in your shoes. They’ve made a huge difference for me during long walks and even just standing for extended periods — my feet feel way more aligned and supported. That said, they are very firm, especially at first. There’s definitely a break-in period where they might feel a little stiff or even uncomfortable until your feet adjust. I wouldn’t recommend throwing them in new shoes and going on a long walk right away — give it a few days. Also worth noting: they do take up a bit of room in your shoe, so they’re best for shoes with a removable insole and a bit of extra depth. Overall though, they’re totally worth it for the long-term comfort and support. Once they settle in, they feel great — my feet, knees, and even lower back thank me.

Great quality inserts
Very supportive high quality clinically approved inserts for my feet. Try to snatch them on sale just south thirty bucks. Deducted a star because they smelled a bit unpleasant when received.

Great fitting product and helps feet feel better
Good insert for pain relief and improving gait and various foot issues. Overall good price a product outlasts the shoes there are in. Does not hold odor and fits as described, never even had to trim it. Would highly recommend

Must try before a 16 week surgery to Feet!
I’m on my feet all day long and have had issues with my arch and serious pain for many years. I’ve tried new shoes, new arch supports, I have even had shots in my feet! I do stretches constantly as well but nothing has worked. I have been afraid I am going to have to have surgery! Someone recommended these to try out because I was asking around for doctor recommendations. Boy am I glad I took the chance on another arch support!!!! These really have helped with my pain, cushioning, and provides just enough firmness to not be painful to my already sore arches. The fit was perfect for my size as well! Highly recommended trying these supports before going into a 16 week surgery recovery!

Perfect!!
I put these in my XtraTuf and am amazed by the difference!! So nice! I have super high arches and the insoles from The manufacturer were not working for me. I used the existing insoles as a template to cut the super feet insoles, so that they would fit exactly in my boots. I wore these for hours upon hours hiking/walking as much as three to four miles at a time, six to seven miles in a day, for a full week. I never needed to change shoes and had zero foot pain. I love the running insoles and the way the heel cups cushion my feet. The arches are extra high but very very comfortable. Again, just perfect!

I tried the blue variant before which I've found them quite stiff. These have those green gel pods, which admittedly I thought they would be a gimmick. Tuens out, they make all the difference in the world. The blue foam is also noticeably softer, but not pillow soft (something along the lines of a squishy rubber in terms of stiffness), so they should last for a long while.

Utilissime solette per impostare correttamente l’appoggio a terra del piede. Indispensabile che la scarpa sia con un numero in più del solito 👍🏾

Got the wrong size initially but Superfeet sent me the right size. Before I used the insole, I was struggling at 2k but was able to do 10k!

What I like the most about these are they are low volume and replace a running shoe insole perfectly, it really doesn't take much to get used to them and your feet don't feel like they need a half size larger shoe like with some other insoles. I wear them over long distances with no issues at all. I did take them out as a test to see if they made any difference and I found my feet started to ache after only a couple miles without them. They might be a bit more expensive than some others on here but well worth it in my opinion.
