Very good product and the seller despatched the order in time specified. Packaged was shoved through my letter box by Amazon courier though, squashing the package even though I'd left instructions to deliver to neighbour if I was out - the product was a little squashed but fortunately didn't burst! More care is needed by Amazon couriers!

It is more warm blonde then ash
The product is good covers well but it is not ash ..more on the warm blonde shade.
