Does Nilight have a momentary reverse polarity rocker switch that can swap out with one of the switches in this bank?

They do have a reverse polarity switch and can be swapped for any in this bank. I had swapped out a few and made a custom mount for my truck. All the switches are normal rockers and can be swapped for whatever rocker switch you want.

Why does it illuminate when no ground is attached?

Because you are grounding through whatever you are hooked to

Are they fuse protected?

They don't come with a fuse. But I power them with an add-a-fuse from the fuse box anyway.

Can the switch covers be swapped out with other covers? (example - Contura V?)

As long as they fit the definitions on the plate which most rocker switches do, they can be switched out. This panel comes pre wired so you may have to make adjustments to wiring if you use anything other then a 5 pin switch.
