AVOID AVOID AVOID
No stars at all. Faulty product and they will not refund or send a new unit out until the faulty one is sent back. This is very hard to do when the faulty one has been installed via an electrician that has cost £100. We have said that we will return the unit once we have recieved the new one and fitted it. We need the thermostat now as we will have no heating if it is removed. We will be stopping our subscription as amazon have stated that thry cannot help us.

Not a 60M distance
Don't know how they measure the distance but I installed the switch to boiler house that's just 5M away from house and actual kitchen window. After fighting with it has no connection between them. Have to go outside the house to operate it which is nonsense. Even in bathroom that's 3M away and trough 2 normal walls doesn't work right. Will try to install it inside house and try if I have connection trough house.

Not the easiest to programme by is OK with decent batteries
I had the last one about 12 years, but had 2 fail before this. One took about a year and the other about a week. Use good quality AA batteries in the transmitter is all I would say. Re-configure the timer/temperature settings on the thermostat/transmitter to suit you. Read the instructions carefully so that you set for both weekdays and weekends on the 5&2 setting. We use ours for underfloor heating in our conservatory, so you can generally set the temperature a bit lower 18/19c so that it matches the ambient temperature in the adjoining room and then a bit lower again overnight say 15c. If you set it higher I find it tends to knacker the batteries in the transmitter.
