Reliable PC so far
I've purchased 2 of these PCs. They are reliable and perform very well. A bit pricier than I'd like but this PC has proven its value to me. Very happy with this PC.

Important to know
Love Love Love this computer!! I had two Dell's one from Amazon and one from NewEgg. They both flopped. Thank you for this computer. It is a HP. The only thing I miss is the DVD/reWr but Ill get an external one. Also, all the ports I use are on the back and the Dell had almost all of the wires on the front. I was actually worried about the grandkids touching or rubbing them by accident. My old Dell all the wires were on the back. This HP does have ports on the front, but don't need to use them. Thank you HP. and I understand that HP stands behind this computer for a full year. Thank you for that also HP.

They are trying to rob me !
HP sent me an older model desktop computer and charged me for the higher priced new model. No phone number to resolve - zero respect for the customer.

The description is a bit deceptive.
Nice computer, although I haven't had much experience with it yet. However the detailed product description says Keyboard Description HP 710 Black Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo and the keyboard and mouse that I received were wired. Additionally all of the photos have wireless keyboard and mouse.

Best desktop
I've only ever owned HP computers but used other brands at work. I love this new desktop - it's fast and has Windows 11 installed. However, it was supposed to come with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I did not get the keyboard and the mouse is wired. The seller was great and compensated me for the missing and incorrect items. I appreciated their quick response. Would definitely deal with this seller again.

Good except for REALLY TERRIBLE motherboard
This PC seems good (2 weeks old). But one reason I bought it was to put an SATA drive into it. It does have 2 SATA connectors on the motherboard. BUT NO POWER! There is a SATA PWR0 connector but I could not find a compatible connector. It has a 4-pin ATX power supply connector for GPU. BUT THE CONNECTOR IS TOTALLY NON-STANDARD! In fact it is a mirror-imaged ATX connector, where the square pins should be bevelled and so on. I finally solved the problem by buying a ATX to SATA adapter cable, carving off the square pins, and resoldering the wires between the ATX and the SATA power connectors because, GUESS WHAT. THE POWER PINS ARE NOT IN THE PROPER ORDER EITHER. I finally got it to work, after tons of trouble. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY! This problem is true for ALL M03 computer configurations, as they all have the same motherboard.
