Update:I want to applause for their customer service. Their customer service team sincerely care for their products quality. They are willing to make it right if there's anything abnormal with their products.I have received new replacement today and the binders are of very good quality at an unbeatable price. I have checked very carefully on the spine of the binders. They look very sturdy and passed my flexibility test: fold front and back slightly backward.Previous:One piece of advice when using them:Do not take the binder out of the self by grabbing its back, it's crisper than lays chips.

There are tabs, or opening / closing triggers, at each end of of the metal spine. After using them only a few times to open the rings, one of them fell off and the rings have to be pulled apart to open. I hope this defect is a single anomaly. Otherwise the binders seem fine so far.

Ordered these for my 7 year old grandson and myself. I've used these binders before so I knew they were great. My grandson joyfully snatched up his half of the order to get started on his school and person projects.

The front and back cover holds an 8x11 piece of paper which is also great but you cannot insert any size piece of paper at the spine as the two rivets that secure the rings inside the binder also secure the plastic to the book which blocks you from being able to slide a piece of paper down the spine. So if you want the spine labels you are going to have to cut the plastic or use a sticky label.
