I had another one just like it that was accidentally damaged. I purchased a different brand much less expensive. There is no comparison. This is the only mixer I know of that can literally whip one egg white to make a meringue! You can see how the mixture is coming along and it never makes a mess because of the lid system. There are also a bunch of attachments including one to make ice cream. I give 10 stars!

I bake a lot of bread and this Bosch mixer is a workhorse! It does heat up if run too long so sometimes my dough can get a little hot. I have to watch it so the heat doesn’t kill my sourdough. All in all i love it. Not too loud and easy to clean. Worth the money if you do a lot of heavy dough mixing.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this mixer given the price point. I purchased this mixer approximately two years ago and paid over $600, expecting durability, reliability, and professional-grade performance. Unfortunately, the speed control knob no longer stays on and flies off during use, making it impossible to control the mixer’s speed. This is not only frustrating but also unsafe and renders the mixer nearly unusable. A mixer at this price should not experience such a critical failure after only two years of normal use. I take great care of my equipment, and this issue appears to be a manufacturing or design defect, not wear and tear. I expected far better longevity and quality from a premium appliance. I am requesting that this issue be resolved appropriately, either through a replacement mixer or a repaired/replacement unit, as this does not meet the standard of quality promised for a product in this price range. I hope the company stands behind its product and customer satisfaction.
