I originally bought these for my kids as an easy lunchbox snack, but somehow they’ve become a staple in my own life. The strawberry flavor is actually really good, not weirdly artificial, and the texture is soft without being sticky or tough. They’re the perfect quick grab when I need something sweet but don’t want to overdo it. I’ve started keeping a box in the pantry just for me (which I now fully understand is a necessary survival strategy). If you’re buying these for your kids, just go ahead and accept that you’ll be eating them too.

These freaking fruit smacks are the bomb! I could sit here and eat so many but having them wrapped individually helps. I was craving Welch's strawberry fruit snacks and came across these. The price is unbeatable. They are fresh (expiration is May 2026) and the texture is spot on. I am thirty nine years old and am now back to one of my favorite snacks as a young girl. Eating them bring back gold memories!
