Used this to make my own PHO borough and these were amazing!!! Just put a few in my broth. They were just like a chunk of sugar. Hard like candy I guess. And a sweet taste… it’s sugar :)

Very good rock sugar! It's not as sweet as regular white sugar and it leaves a glossy finish on braised meats. I also use it in my tea since I don't like the sweetness to outshine the tea itself. I add 2 pieces, let it sit for about 2 minutes before starting to drink it. The result is a delicate sweetness that lasts to the last drop. I'm so happy with this product that I bought 2 more
