Well, I needed something to lay up against the wall while sitting on my bed and this bed pillow is perfect for that. It's not the most comfortable pillow it provides good enough back support. It's not soft like an actual pillow, but it's not supposed to be. Its job is to be sturdy and still enough to support your back while sitting on the floor or your bed without falling over and it does that easily. I'm happy that I made the purchase and it's worth the money considering I use it often. It looks good too and has a soft feel to it. The pillow itself is very sturdy so it won't fall over. It has great support for my neck also without the worry of any strain or discomfort. The only dislike would be that if you sit for long, it will be a bit uncomfortable on your back, but this can be fixed by placing a soft pillow in front of it for extra comfort. I found myself having to do this frequently and this tended to fix the issue. Other than that this pillow is great for sitting in bed watching tv, reading a book, or browsing on your computer. No more sitting my back up against a hard wall or trying to stand a pillow up to lay against. This is the ultimate bed rest pillow to suit your needs.

I have used this bed pillow for a couple months now and it has been one of thr most comfortable I've owned. I needed something with support for my neck and back. It works for both. One tip: it helps after you sit to take hold of the pillow arms and pull them forward so the pillow pulls snug against you back. I also like how the neck roll is adjustable so you can have it sit higher or lower. It makes it so comfortable though, that I can easily fall asleep watching TV in bed. I chose the light green because it goes with my bedroom decor. I also bought the medium size, since the other reviews mentioned it was good for women my height, 5' 3". The material is soft and the pillow is on the firm side. It has also maintained its shape really well. I gave it 5 stars because I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

I bought the Husband Pillow XXL because my previous one felt more like it was made for a teenager. It worked fine, but I wanted something bigger and this was a great upgrade. This pillow is very comfortable and offers excellent back support. It is a bit bulky in the middle, but it still works well overall. I’m even able to comfortably fit two people side by side with it, which was a nice surprise. I definitely recommend using this on a larger bed. I would not suggest it for a twin-size bed at all, it would feel overwhelming in that space. The pockets on the outside are a helpful bonus and make the bulkiness more practical. Overall, it’s very supportive, well made, and worth the purchase if you’re looking for serious comfort and back support.

Love the memory foam, love how it’s stiff and sturdy but yet comfortable. It holds form wonderfully. Exactly what I wanted in bed. Supports my back and keeps me in the best position to relax.

BEST item we’ve purchased on AMAZON in 10+ years! Sturdy, comfortable, the fabric feels good against everyone’s skin in our family, so much so that looks like we’re going to buy a few more to prevent squabbles over this! Needs to be fluffed up/shaken, maybe placed in sun to aerate it after being compressed so much for shipping. We laundered (personal preference) the reversible cover (purchased the ‘Aspen’ for $20 extra to get the 2 different colors & 2 different fabric choices offered), not a customized feature, saying this so not to confuse anyone. The retail/online/big box/chain & discount stores sell numerous versions of a ‘reading/tv bed and floor pillow’. I’ve wasted $$$ over the years, buying those and even trying to ‘re-engineer’ some myself to no avail. Suggest forget/donate those, buy this one that IS quality/comfort/support and worth the extra $$; doubt you’ll regret it! UPDATE: (11/30/19) My personal preference is the ‘fiberfill’ vs the ‘memory foam’. There’s a slight difference, where the ‘memory foam’ seems perhaps best for people seeking firmer support & the ‘fiberfill’ seems like a soft/warm hug in the colder months. The Seller has been Phenomenal, going beyond anything I’ve EVER experienced (especially among an online purchase scenario), they’ve helped me find the best comfort level for my needs. And they even have an extra bag of the filling if you might need to make your pillow firmer/fuller. In a nutshell, buying this item from anyone other than THIS SELLER ‘Hit Notion’ couldn’t possibly be the best decision! During these times of the “Covid-19 Pandemic” we’ve discovered it’s FANTASTIC for relieving back/seat pain issues (for reclining chair users) due to lack of support in TODAY’S (extremely lacking in quality) FURNITURE. Sadly today’s reclining furniture (are NOTHING even semi-close to the quality/support/durability of the Lazy-Boy) no longer provide those wonderful factors as the quality of Lazy-Boy reclining furniture; therefore sitting in reclining chairs (the non Lazy-Boy types) can result in Sciatica, lower back pain, numbness & sore muscles. However, with this FANTASTIC pillow placed behind your back providing EXCELLENT support & comfort, it can turn the sub-par reclining furniture into the comfort of every Lazy-Boy we’ve owned since the mid 70’s! (1970’s that is!) Now sitting in the reclining furniture with this pillow makes it a piece of furniture in need of a sign above it warning users that the chair can easily cause users to fall asleep quickly & wake-up with no pain despite hourrrrsss of “snoozing” in the chair now! I SO wish I had known about this pillow a year ago when I was suffering extreme back pain whilst doing my final exams. I couldn't sit comfortably in a chair and the only relief I got was laying down in bed - but try holding up heavy textbooks whilst laying down! Anyway, this pillow is one of the best around, I've done my resesrch and this is one of the biggest/tallest ones you can get. I don't see the point in the short ones which don't support your full back. Its really nice and comfortable, memory foam is the best! You can also take some out or add more in to customise it to your needs. + I love all the colour options, I chose black and I wasn't disappointed. The fabric is lovely and silky, and the cover is interchangable. + Washable cover!! This is another thing which made me choose this brand... None of the others have zipped covers! + Comes with loads of memory foam, I've looked inside and its good quality shredded foam (I was worried after reading a review on here which said there was rubbish instead, not in my experience!) + Fits well on a double bed, it takes up half the bed, so the equivalent to just a single bed really. I was concerned it was going to be too big, but it actually fits well and is squishy anyway if you wanted to store it somewhere. I use it as a reading pillow/when on laptop in bed/watching tv in bed. + I like the removable head pillow, its comfortable, but I would like it to be more secured on and it falls to the front often. Although it does have adjustable button holes which is useful. + Love love the top carrying handle and pockets! Great for not losing the remote. + The arms are movable and not stiff which means you can shape it to fit your body shape. - I would like it to be a little taller! As its not completely tall enough to fit me 5'7 sitting up completely straight. You kinda have to slouch into it a bit which I guess isn't perfect posture. Overall, don't hesitate to buy this, I know its a high price but its great quality and will *fingers crossed* last years

Das Sitzkissen Husband Pillow / Aspen - Version kam wie versprochen von der Lieferzeit her pünktlich an! Vom Kissen selber sollte man ca. je nach Zimmertemperatur ungefähr lt. Hinweis des Herstellers 24-48 Std. gewartet werden , bis sich das Kissen von seiner komprimierten Form auf seine ursprüngliche Größe enfaltet hat. Die Aspen Version ist zwar etwas teurer, aber dafür ist der Stoff wie beschrieben wendbar! Sozusagen eine kühlere Seite für den Sommer und eine kuschlige Seite für die Wintertage! Das Kissen ist relativ schwer und hat somit einen guten Stand. Es gibt auch keinerlei lästige oder unangehmen Gerüche von sich und man kann es nach erstmaligen waschen, wenn gewünscht sofort eingesetzt werden nach dieser ersten einmaligen Aklimatisierungsphase! Also ich bin mit dem Kissen sehr zufrieden, freilich könnte es etwas günstiger sein, aber "Aspen" wie der Name schon sagt ist kein billiges Pflaster! Manchmal denkt man gar nicht wie groß doch der Aufwand eines Produktes ist, bis es verkauft werden kann, aber wenn es dann den eigenen Ansprüchen und der Qualität entspricht, gebe ich lieber ein paar Euro mehr aus und bin zufrieden damit!

I ordered this back & neck support sitting pillow for a very specific scenario not expecting that it would be an excellent solution in fact! I use it in the corner of my leather sectional sofa because it's my favourite TV & relaxtion spot. The sofa corner is deep and it strains my back and neck sometimes when I sit there long periods. The pillow fills the corner perfectly and I can get a comfortable panoramic view of my space while sitting and reading a magazine or holding my IPad browsing the web. The Husband Pillow Arm Rests keep my arms propped up perfectly while enjoying these activities. The delivery was super fast from Amazon.ca to Ontario and I even thought it was for sure another product that I ordered online a week before. The pillow was compressed so small, I couldn't belive it when I opened the package. Within a reasonable time (As mentioned in the instructions) it expanded to its normal shape - the large sitting back & neck rest pillow as pictured in the advertisement. The adjustable Neck Roll is very helpful for keeping your neck comfortably positioned to avoid strain while sitting long periods. The Side Pockets are handy as well and for a cell especially. The Pillow Back is a perfect height which I have found is a problem with back rest pillows from other suppliers of this product category. As if all that wasn't enough, the combo foam filling gives the pillow a super luxurios feeling for me while making it sturdy enough to support my (heavy set ;-) frame. To boot - the cover comes off for cleaning - and helps to be able to keep this pillow for as long as it can be cared for. There is also a zippered opening in the filling shell to add or remove filling as desired! I am very happy I made this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a better quality back & neck rest sitting pillow - great value for my money!
