Honestly, I use this in tandem with a stannous flouride toothpaste, (2 minutes of this one then 2 minutes of stannous in morning, vice versa at night) and it helps more than just stannous flouride at its baseline. Further, I feel that my teeth are more protected against acidic beverages (like tea, which i drink a ton of) with this enamel wise. Hoping they bring biomin F over so I can decrease my brushing routine to half the time!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Combine this with a 10%-plus nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste, and your teeth will be invincible.
