I originally purchased this 65W Surface charger a couple of years ago, and it exceeded expectations from the start. The build quality is solid, and it consistently provided a stable, fast charge for my Surface Pro without overheating. The cable is flexible, long enough to use comfortably from a distance, and the magnetic connector attaches securely. After nearly two years of heavy daily use, the cable eventually broke, but I appreciated that the adapter itself continued to function flawlessly — a sign of durable internal components. I replaced the cord once and continued using it without any drop in performance. When it finally stopped working recently, I had no hesitation in buying the same model again. Compared to other third-party Surface chargers I’ve tried, this one offers faster charging, reliable temperature control, and a clean fit. The extra USB port on the brick is a nice touch for charging my phone simultaneously. A dependable, well-made charger worth keeping as your go-to replacement.

It does the work!. The original charger wasn't working properly and I needed the computer ASAP. As soon I got the charger boom, it did it attached to the magnet. Compatible with Microsoft M2 and fully charged.

The original that came with the computer was badly bird chewed (cockatoo). It no longer worked consistently. The new one is pretty much identical to the oem part. I unboxed it, plugged it in, hooked the magnetic connector to the computer, and it worked perfectly. Had it about a week now, so far, so good.

Very cheap materials. Cheap plastic box, unpleasant cables, very weak magnet in the connector that pops out easily. Still, it arrived overnight and charged my laptop before I had to use it the next day all for 1/3 the price of the original Microsoft charger. So long as it doesn't start any fires, it'll do.
