I bought this after doing a LOT of online searching for a storage ottoman for my family room. I liked this one because the material is easy to wipe clean (unlike fabric upholstery) and it offered a good amount of storage space at a very reasonable price. It was easy to put together and seems sturdy and quite stable. I was able to fit all my various throws - even the thick and fluffy ones - inside. It comes with two small fabric bins, if you have smaller items you want to store, which fit inside the ottoman or you can just use them separately. I used them to corral other items, like remotes & power cords, that I keep in a cabinet, since the throws and blankets take up pretty much all the space inside the ottoman. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this item!

I really like this storage ottoman bench! It looks very stylish with the black faux leather and fits perfectly for my room. The size is great, and it has a lot of storage space inside, which helps keep things organized. It feels sturdy and strong, and I like that it can hold a good amount of weight. The folding design is also very convenient and easy to set up. Overall, it’s a great combination of style, storage, and comfort. Definitely worth it!

What I like about this ottoman is that.. 1. It’s super easy to assemble it. You can assemble it yourself with no problems. Instructions were clear and it only took approx. 10 minute to assemble it. 2. I like the materials they used. Good quality (not cheap fabric or loose stitchings found). It’s not super heavy yet it’s sturdy ! In one of the photos , I had my boyfriend do a plank on it to show you guys that it’s strong. He weights 147LB. And in another photo, it’s us sitting on it together at the same time (him: 147LB me: 125LB) so I can confidently say it can easily hold up to 300LB . 3. Lots of storage. I like the little storage compartment as well as the main storage compartment. There’s lots of space to put in things such as throw blankets, toys, etc. 4. Good for storage and also good to sit on. Super comfortable, and the lid isn’t hard to sit on. 5. The lid is my favorite. It folds. So you have the option to open left or right or take off the whole lid off. I think it’s a little hassle to take off the whole lid off which is why, when they gave the option to just fold the lid, I thought this stood out from the rest of the ottomon. ========= Dislike: I don’t have anything about this I dislike. I do have to say, trying to put the bottom piece into the thread (hole at the bottom of the ottoman) was a pain in the ass but once you get a hold of it, it locks it in place and makes the ottoman taller and sturdier. - if you have cats, expect them to claw at it so be careful. I recommend putting blankets on it or something to protect its exterior integrity. Overall 5/5 ! )

For the price point five stars! The top two little boxes that go in it fit a pair of size 8 tennis shones. And they are cloth and velcro. The inside has alot cloth( black part) and the the feet are plastic. There is a metal divider inside. And the top is nice. ( i got the blue fake leather one) however i must have clicked the wrong one. I thought the lid was all one long piece. Turns out this one folds in the middle. Smell was fine in a day or so. It is nice to sit on. height is good to sit on. Thickness of cushion is great. Overall, this purchase under $75 is great!

iIf you need an Ottoman to hold your blankets that no one is every going to sit on, than this is the piece for you. No way this holds up to 660 lbs. It barely holds one person over 200lbs. There is one metal support piece and the rest in unfoldable leather, with a hard cushion on top that barely fits. Its cheap and it looks it.

When I took this out of the book, I was a little dismayed at what I perceived to be the cheap quality of the storage box. Once I put it together, I realized that it would work just fine for what it was and how inexpensive it was...comparatively. There is an unpleasant odor inside the storage box that has some staying power. Upon looking at the Customer Support page I have removed the lid and am waiting for it to air out, but I will most likely need to get some scent packages to place in there. Again, not a showstopper. However, the box does have a split lid that allows you to access either side by lifting the cover and either hold it up or open it completely and lay one side on the other. Doing this stresses the synthetic fabric of the cushion. After only a few days of use, I have noticed that there are small tears in the fabric at the crease points. Although this works for what it is, I will not purchase another and I am already looking for a replacement.

So I got the black ottoman bench (43 in.) and it runs the width of my bed. For the price, it is pretty sturdy! I often sit on it for brief periods in the morning and I weigh 165 Lbs. I’ll be honest, I bought it for my dogs to use. It’s a step stool for them and they can lay on it instead of constantly crowding the bed! So it’s pretty multipurpose in my household.
