Great performance and value for the size!
I’ve been using this PC for a little over two months now, and it’s been working extremely well. I was initially skeptical about whether it could handle my workload — multiple monitors, several browser tabs, and various devices connected at once — but it’s exceeded my expectations. I wanted to really put it to the test before writing this review, and I’m glad I did. It runs smoothly, stays very quiet, and the best part is how portable it is. Boot-up can take about five minutes, otherwise it lags a bit if you try to rush it — but that’s pretty normal for most PCs. Overall, I haven’t had a single issue with it. Processing times are quick, it handles multitasking with ease, and it’s been a reliable addition to my setup. Definitely recommend!

Great item for the price!
Works just fine after complete reset an stripped all Microsoft bloatware I really like it.

Constantly crashes
I should have returned it within the return window, I did purchase a warranty with it. Reached out to the vendor to return per Amazon request, we'll see how that goes. Mini PC constantly crashed during set up and continues to crash especially during Microsoft updates. Wanted this to work as I use a home-based computer very infrequently so I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on another laptop.

Not worth it
If I'm going to be honest, the 3 stars have nothing to do with the company or product. It came exactly as it should but I underestimated now bad the N100 cpu is. If you are doing anything more then surfing the internet or word/excel, it can't handle it. I was hoping to use it to watch movies but it can't handle it. The chip seems to be always maxed out and slow.

Don't let the size fool you!
Big power in a small package. I purchased two of these for a couple of my employees to use just for uploading photos and video to my cloud account for editing, but they are capable of so much more. I was really surprised at just how capable they are for the price. I would definitely recommend this product.
