missing parts and tracking is off
before I assemble, I check package content against items listed in the manual , right now I am missing (washers shown in step 5a-6b) so i am not able to have the tripod base setup..... I am thinking to return this item ( reluctantly) if I cannot reach Explore Scientific ...update Aug 13, 2019:checked the tracking: I input the correct coordinates with specified zone. and tracking is still off... since there is no polar scope it is nearly impossible to do manual alignment.looks like I have to return this for real...
