This product is worth buying if you cannot breathe through your nose. It’s a miracle product in my opinion! It works immediately and cleared my nose for about 8 hours. Even though the product says to use every 10 to 12 hours I used it every 8 hours and I was fine. Buy this you won’t regret it!!

This is a life saver! It works so fast and doesn't burn my nose. It keeps my nose cool and relieves the congestions almost instantly. The only caveat is that we should really stop using it after a couple of days of use as it does result in rebound congestion. I was really tempted to keep using it for my congestion, but finally ended up using it more than recommended. Use regular saline spray for everyday use and this one only for the recommended dosage/period.

Worked the first few days and then it did not work, made symptoms worse.

I have been using the Mucinex Sinus Max Nasal Spray for years. Even with allergy meds, this is one of the only meds I have found that relieve sinus pressure and work great as a decongestant. There isn't much of a taste, but it does have a bit of a burn when it really starts working (something I have found is normal for most nasal sprays). I do love that it cools too, making it not burn as much as other brands. My only complaint is that you do have to use it early in the day; it will affect your sleep quality and make you more alert. Overall, though, the bottle is a pretty good size and does last for quite some time, even during allergy season. It was a pretty good value for the money, too, since I find it regularly on sale.

This nasal spray works great!!! I woke up from a nap congested out of nowhere and the next day felt even worse. I took a decongestant and it didn't do much for me so I decided to buy this. I only gave 4 stars because it was difficult to open. The product works great and last for hours! I highly recommend it!

Terrible new product; cap is extremely defective and nearly unusable. I LITERALLY have had to pry the top off with scissors and pour the contents into a no-drip glass nasal spray refillable bottle that I had to purchase in order to keep using this stuff and not waste the money after the first new bottle actually BROKE before it would open normally. No one with any kind of hand mobility or strength issues will be able to open these bottles so just save your money unless you've got extremely strong hands. I was hoping they would fix the issue, but my newest shipment also came with the awful cap albeit just a tiny bit less hard to open. I was BARELY able to open this newest one only to discover that it sprays in a circular pattern and goes all around the upper SIDES of your nostril inside - where it does absolutely no good - instead of actually going straight up into the nasal cavity where it's actually required to be in order to work. I have also noticed that the liquid inside seems much weaker. It used to last a full 12 hours and now it's barely managing 6 hours. I found an old box in my cabinet from a couple years ago since I have this on subscribe & save, and the old product actually worked the full 12 hours! So, it can't be said that it's just me getting used to it either. So not only has the bottle changed, but the formula strength has too. The smell is milder too these days so they've definitely dumped the quality in every area. I'm really disappointed in this brand - it was a game changer for folks with really bad sinus issues such as myself when it was still a quality product, but that's been completely lost and I'm going to have to switch brands to something that is actually effective unfortunately. Someone needs to do some serious testing and quality control on this or this product is going to sink faster than a lead balloon. ABSOLUTELY ***NOT*** WORTH THE PREMIUM PRICE ANYMORE!!

2 of my daughters are breastfeeding and this is the only med they could safely take and actually get relief!! It has that menthol taste/ smell so while clearing you get that cooling comfort to your nasal cavity that allows you to sleep when your nose decides it’s now a waterfall!! I like it for myself, but mostly love that my girls can use it and find an ability to breathe and sleep while restricted from so many other meds when sick. Amazon was the best price and overnight made it more awesome!! It’s not too thick and sprays up evenly. I’ll be sure to keep this on hand for sick seasons!

I bought this for my son because his nose gets clogged because of sicknesses and his nose he told me feels like he's not even sick! I AM DEEPLY SHOCKED. THIS WORKS! HIGHLY RECCOMOND THIS!
