These are sturdy pots that should last a very long time. I am using these for DIY hydroponic vegetable growing. The 2" size is really versatile - a bit generous for herbs such as parsley, but great for greens.Excellent balance of material use, firm but not brittle plastic, sensible dimensions, and just right for a grow cube or starter media that can fit into space that is 1" to 1.2" in diameter at the bottom.The outer-top of the basket not including the rim, measures ~1.98", just perfect to drop into a hole made by a 2" (50.8mm) hole saw. The top lip that keeps the pot from falling through the hole is ~0.235", which is just right. The material appears to be easy to cut if needed. Overall dimensions of the Net Pots I received are are 2.1" high, by 2.45" (62.23) at the outside of the top rim or lip, and 1.5" diameter at the bottom of the basket. The baskets have well-placed support ribs that add strength to the baskets while allowing a lower material cost and thinner basic material that is about 0.037" thick in most parts.Well-earned five star rating - it's a rare pleasure these days to find sensibly made durable, non-proprietary, useful things these days. When I expand my setup, I hope that more of these will still be available.

I bought these for growing hydroponic lettuce and these rims are perfectly wide for that. I wanted white to match my white cover since I wanted it to look nice in my kitchen.I previously bought from another company and they didn’t have wide lip and fell through my 2” hole. So I was pleased these had that wider saucer.These are perfect and would recommend and buy again.

Hands down best net cups ever! I purchased a few cheaper brands and noticed the 2" ring was small causing the cups to fall in the hole that was drilled. The CZ's garden oversized rim is perfect for larger, heavier plants. The top area of the sidewall is completely covered so it minimizes the amount of light that penetrates through minimizing the algae growth. Never going back to those flimsy cups again! Great Product.

Trying the Kratky method of growing salad greens, I had bought another type of 2 inch net cup that fell right into the standard ball or mason jars. I ordered these and with the extra wide rim, they fit the standard size jars perfectly. Also when the rock wool plug is put in, they are solid down to the level of the plug, so no light is hitting the water in the mason jars, which are covered on the outside. They are perfect!

I used these with standard mouth mason jars for hydroponic lettuce. You have to use the ring on the jar so they don't fall through. Other, less expensive, 2" net pots would fall through even with the ring on the jar. These seem very sturdy.

Good quality for a good price. What more is there to ask for?! Using them for a hydroponic cloner and NFT system. Drill 2” hole and it slips right it

I was worried these would be too small for my lettuce but I am glad they're the perfect size! I wish you sold more sizes for different plants though. These are super sturdy, perfect 2" size, awesome stiff lips, and perfect for your plants!

The lip is wider than the cups I currently have, that is nice. I expect these will last a long time as the ones I currently have are not damaged after several years of use, I just needed more. These look stronger.
