These lighters stay lit on the first try EVERYTIME. They are great for lighting candles and not burning yourself. They feel like a very luxurious, easy to use, lighter. They haven’t leaked. I like that they are able to be refueled.

Great lighter. However, ai don;t smoke. ;-) The lighters have a jet flame under pressure and can not blow out with the wind. Useful for all sorts of applications the require hear—like shrink wrap. My complaint is that the lighter has not fuel/fill indicator. You find out it’s empty when the flame diminishes and after shortly goes out.

This candle lighter works well and feels sturdy in hand. It lights consistently, is easy to use, and the long neck makes it safer and more comfortable for lighting candles (& more!) without getting too close to the flame. I also like that it’s refillable, which makes it convenient for long-term use. The colors are beautiful and texture is smooth. Very lightweight and easy to use. Zero leakage! My thumbs are happy!

Very cute and work super well out of the box. I feel like they run out of gas quickly though. I’ve been using the same one for about 3 months (maybe 3-5 uses a week for crafts) and it has already ran out of gas. I bought a 5 pack so it’s not a big deal for now. But I do wish that they lasted longer. Sides that, they are adorable. I guess I need to learn how to refill them, overall, decent value for money. They do the job they are intended to do and they look nice. I would give 5 stars if they lasted longer.

These are a nice quality. Good length for lighting most candles. Refillable. Pretty colors.

Man, what little fire starters. The flame is hot and solid. No wind shaking here. Easy to use and the elongated tip makes dipping down into those deep candles easy. Color choices wouldn't have been my first, but these were on sale for a reasonable price. I like the refuel possibilities but haven't emptied one yet to know how well they will hold a refueling. Now if I can just keep from losing them, they seem to go missing quite frequently. Due to their hot flame, be sure an keep them away from children.

I was excited to get this MK Candle Lighter 5-pack because I love the pastel colors and the idea of having a refillable, wind-resistant lighter for all my outdoor needs. The lighters feel good in the hand, and the flame is strong enough to light candles, grills, and even campfires without much effort. I appreciate that they are refillable, which feels more sustainable and cost-effective than constantly buying disposables. But after a few uses, I started to notice some issues that really soured my experience. One of the lighters developed a problem where the flame would sputter and sometimes not ignite at all, even after refilling with high-quality butane. I’ve seen other people mention inconsistent ignition and weak flames, and it’s honestly annoying to have to fiddle with a lighter when you just want to get something lit quickly. The wind resistance is decent, but not perfect - sometimes a strong gust will still put it out, which is disappointing for a product that advertises itself as windproof. What really frustrated me, though, was a defect in one of my lighters that I didn’t notice right away. I realized that one lighter was leaking butane from the valve, which made it unsafe to use and left a faint gas smell in my kitchen drawer. I’m pretty sure this is a manufacturing defect or a quality control miss, since the other lighters in the pack seem fine. It’s a letdown because I wanted to love these, but now I’m left feeling cautious every time I use them. Despite the convenience and style, I can’t fully recommend this set without warning others to check for leaks and be prepared for some duds in the pack.
