They worked for me
Not sure if it is worth the effort and cost, but it fixed my el cheapo torch. I enjoyed the learning experience of figuring out how they work, put together, and hunting down replacement parts. But I fix stuff for a living, so its a personal thing/challenge. The bonus is that I got to remove/disable some of the nanny state safety junk. So I can just grab, click, and burn.

Restored my torch lighter!
Product arrived sooner than expected. These are the perfect replacement ignitor for a torch lighter. If you love them like I do, than this is what you need to repair it. I've been through so many that quit working because these things are not meant to last forever-- they usually decide to die just after you refill the butane! Anyhow, if you're into detail work, you can restore a lighter you like. These are sold in different sizes, so check what you have before ordering. Pay attention on disassembly, and keep the parts together so none vanish. Use care with the ignitor wire. The insulator scrapes off easily. Cut it the length you need. Good luck! Raven

Good replacement part for kitchen torch lighter
This exactly matches the starter in my kitchen torch lighter. It is the only source I could find. Really only needed one, but the ten pack was all that was available, and it was cheaper than buying a new lighter. The wire is not long enough to extend all the way to the end of the lighter I put it into, so I had to join it to the existing wire with a wire connector. The smallest one from this product (which I already had on hand) did the job https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077Y9QYWH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It took a while to get this, as it shipped from overseas. I've never seen as crushed a box as this came in after traversing half the world, but the product inside was undamaged. If you have a good lighter that just doesn't spark anymore when you click it, this is a good product to fix it instead of throwing it away. Just make sure you take pictures as you disassemble the lighter so you will put it back together right. I found a video on youtube as well that gives the basic process, which is pretty simple.

Short wires
The pigtails on these could stand to be about 3 inches longer.
