Chalky…. I take two scoops and nothing happens, nothing! God knows what’s really in this thing. Would not recommend this.

Half good, half bad.
Great focus, my brain really zeroed in. Great physical pump. Gives me a upset stomach and i didn't quite get the "amped up" feeling. Taste is alright.

Just gross.
This product separates out if it sits more than. 5 minutes. There is a chalky layer at the bottom, and a muddy greenish layer on top, instead of the blue it is originally. It's terrible and unpleasant to drink. It does give energy without the tingling of a traditional pre workout.

I really didn’t like it. It made my stomach hurt and I felt no energy from it.
