Good value. Easy to swallow capsules. Pure with no additives. Doctor recommended for constipation. Started taking magnesium and have been off other constipation products completely for a month.

Easy to swallow
I've only just started this magnesium, so I cannot give a physical review. But I do like the size and the fact it is in a vegie capsule. Easier to swallow than pressed pills. I also like the fact I only have to take one pill :-] All of the other Swanson items I use have been very satisfactory, so I am sure I will be pleased with the magnesium :-]

Magnesium deficiency help!!!
I would give this 100stars if I could. I have constant constipation my entire life , celiac ,and diverticulitis. I had seen every gastrointestinal dr I could and it never helped. Plus I’m starting to become premenopausal at age 42! Well after watching TikTok- I decided to try this mag. Complex. Omg I can’t believe how amazing I feel. I have pooped every morning since taking this ( take at night before bed). My bloat is gone , I finally feel clear headed . I sleep better. I feel like a new person .. TikTok gave me the answer I needed and what drs couldn’t give me . If u have Gastro issues , u prolly have magnesium deficiency.. this is your answer to those problems!!!
