Waited a month... and used
I was sold a used one. I'll just buy directly from Dyson and see if that's any better.

My favorite hair tool
absolutely love the Dyson Airwrap! It styles my hair quickly without extreme heat damage, and the different attachments make it easy to create both smooth looks and soft curls. My hair feels healthier and looks more polished every time I use it. Definitely worth the investment!

Fraudulent product does not work
Brand new unit does not work. Dyson says serial number not real.

Best investment!
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I had the previous Dyson, Persian blue and upgraded to this one and it’s just PERFECT. Beautiful color, super convincente, dries quick, no damage, reduces frizz, pricey but SO worth it.
