When I ordered this camera case, I fully expected it to be a hardcase, but it is not a hardcase but kind of soft but built for the camera's protection. When shopping online (Amazon or elsewhere) expect it to be kind of different than what it looks like. The zipper on this pouch kept snagging on something I couldn't see, and even after putting my finger on the area where I was going to zip up was not entirely smooth. It has a little loop for afixing to a backpack or what not, but the material that holds the loop doesn't seem all that strong. The zipper pulls seem fairly beefy and strong. It has a little room for 1-2 SD cards but not much else. If I could have known how this case would've been, I woiuld have most certainly chose another model. Even so it seems to cocoon the camera inside for protection, and that is good. The camera I have in mine is a Canon SX720 model which it holds well. The metal part of the carabiner (of sorts) seems pretty solid and strong.

I bought this for my Sony cybershot HX80 and it fits snuggly. I needed a last minute camera and case for my UK tour. So I found the cheapest one, turns out it was a wise investment.The case is sturdy. It has a little pouch inside to house maybe a memory card or something small in conjunction with the camera its self. I kept my hotel card, money and transit card inside mine during travel.It comes with a cleaning cloth and a tassel. I simply attached a lanyard to mine to wear around my neck.Overal I was satisfied with the purchase.10/10

I thought this item was a hard-sided camera case. It isn't. It's a bit harder than cardboard but not much. I'll keep it and see how it goes.

This is a good quality hard case for compact camera and having. My camera fits properly inside it. It's saving my camera from physical damages. I used it several times while traveling and it prevented any damages during the travels. Make sure that this model matches for your camera before you order.

Got this to replace same model - problem is the ring/swivel that connects the clip used to secure it to a belt loop et al....same construction- looks solid but if it fails, it’s a pocket pouch....

Case fits camera securely, neck lanyard is kind of cheesy and not sure if I would trust it holding my camera, although it has a nice disconnect feature. Would have been better to have a belt loop rather than just a clip to attach. Case will serve its purpose.

A little small for my Sony DSC-HX80. The camera barely fits, definitely no room for a spare battery or card. If it was a little bigger, it would be perfect. Seems like it would be great protection for a camera.

I like it fine so far. Has some protection when dropped.

This case is a rigid, splash, dust/dirt and knock resistant zipped case (zips around 3 sides using either or both of two zippers). It provides a strong/rigid case protection for a compact camera when carried in a pocket or other casual bag. I use it to hold a Panasonic TZ100 compact camera with its spare battery and charge lead, which just fit in. This camera is slightly larger than the largest specified camera, but fits in snugly. It is a clam-shell design with the two halves hinged at one end and opening width restricted with elastic strips, one each side. These stop the camera falling out when case is unzipped. They could be cut off if a wider opening preferred. It also has an external spring clip to attach to a fixed cord etc for security. Good value, recommended.

I bought this for my wife as she spends a lot of time beachcombing/cleaning and always has her camera with her but has dropped and broken two cameras over the past couple of years so hoped this might solve the problem.I thought the body of the case would be hard (like a solid suitcase) but although it is rigid on the edges the main body is quite pliable although there is some stuffing inside the case.It's said to be "semi-waterproof" (whatever that means?) but it certainly wouldn't stand being dropped into water but is probably shower/rain proof.I suppose it's worth will be decided when my wife drops it but first impressions are not hopeful that it will fully protect the camera.

Fits my Sony DSC-HX60V, pouch inside holds spare batteries, SD card, etc. Quite sturdy and should offer protection.

The item is fantastic. Look at the picture，although my camera is sony, it can still protect my camera. And the leather touched comfortable. I want to peepare for another one if i have got a new camera. At the same time, the string is also very beautiful. It just like a galaxy. How wonderful the item is.
