Could you explain why having bought this the instructions state don’t use on your face !!!

Our instruction clearly states: Do not use more than twice a week on the face and 3-4 times a week on the body. Please read the instructions carefully! Best Sandine Team

How thick are the needles? I know the length is 0.3mm however no indication of thickness? I heard they should not be bigger than 0.7mm

So small you can barely see them, my roller is a 0.3 and even with glasses I can see them.

To be clear, in the instructions, number 2 states "do not use on face" caution states do not use more than twice a week on the face very confusing !!

Are the needles on this proper needles that actually pierce the skin?

Yes but there are micro 0.3mm in length so the pierce of the skin is not visible to the naked eye, no bleeding or anything etc - these are the safest for personal use - it creates the appropriate “healing” process to promote repair and growth
