PowerCurl is a cord wrap for 15" and 17" MacBook Pro power adapter (15" and 17" MacBook Pro.). It makes it easy to unplug and pack up quickly, without having to untangle a mess the next time you set up shop.

I was apprehensive, but I am glad I bought it!
I was really nervous about buying this since there is a fair amount of negative feedback. But, it was fairly inexpensive and there isn't really any other products out there for containing your MAC cords (except Velcro), so I decided to give it a shot. And, I am happy I did!I really like this product. It keeps my jumbled mess of cords all organized and neat in my bag. Some folks said it was difficult to wrap up, but I don't have this issue. I think it is fairly smooth to wrap up the cords the flip over the silicone flap to hold them down. And extracting the cords are super easy because they just kinda slide out! I put my charger in the powercurl and have not taken it off. Very happy with this purchase. There are a few things I read in other reviews I want to comment on:- the outer wrapping part is silicone based (i think), so it sticks. So, like one of the other reviews said, if you have papers in your bag you want to keep them away from the powercurl because it will likely push the papers around and maybe rip them up. My bag a small outer pocket, so I just keep the powercurl in there and use the larger pockets for loose paper.- As I said, I think the cords wrap nicely around the powercurl. Now, I can see why some folks would find it to be a pain in the but since one cord wraps one way and the other cord wraps the other way, but again personally I don't have any issues wrapping it up.- the issue I can see people having is with the little holes cut out in the hard plastic for the cords to 'snap' into while the silicone wrap folds over. Like you look in the picture and cords are peeking STRAIGHT out of the powercurl by about an inch. I don't get this. I have about 2-4 inches of excess cord (not a big deal) and the cords don't stick STRAIGHT out of the powercurl. They more like dangle off the side because...they are cords. The bend. So, the picture is a bit misleading in that way. Some folks said that their cords are being cut up because they don't snap in and they are being rubbed up against the hard plastic part. That is not happening to my cord, BUT I can see that happening - especially to an older cord. I am keeping an eye on it. If I see some wear on the cord, I will likely put some tape on it to give the cord some protection. This is why I didn't give it 5 stars - the cords don't snap into the hard plastic and instead rub up against it opening up the possibility of damage.

Could work for some people
This could probably work for some people, but I had the previous model of this product and it was much better. This model has a silicone thing that wraps over the cord, which makes it impractical for its intended use. If you're in a rush, you won't be able to wrap this quickly. If you're using it to just keep the cord wrapped up for more stationary use, this could work. For example, a power supply that stays at a desk. This could act as a cable management device for those purposes. If you're on the go, you should search for the old model. I ended up purchasing the old model. The old model is also built in such a way that it keeps the power supply elevated, making it better for air circulation and keeping the power supply cool. Also, regarding the issue that some people mention over long-term wrapping leading to damage to the cables, the way that I worked around this was that when I wrap my cord, I usually make sure that the cord is not being bent or tugged where it connects to the brick. Just make sure that it is perpendicular and remains that way after it's wrapped. Other than this issue, the older version truly is a handy product. Everyone always asks me about where I got it and compliment the product.

Great for keeping the wire clutter to a minimum
This fits the power cord for my MacBook Air perfectly. I have the older model of the MacBook Air. The newer model requires a different size wire organizer, as the brick is bigger. This keeps the wires on and under my desk neat and organized. It is much nicer looking than wrapping the cord around the top of the brick.I do think the setup is a little too big for the travel bag, but I don't usually carry my laptop when I travel. I have an iPad mini for that.***For those who think the reviews on this site may be rigged....Please note: I Do Not receive any discounts for my reviews. Everything I review has been purchased at the listed price.***

A Pro DJs Thoughts
I like I wasn't sure if i needed it and still am not sure to be honest. I did add more size to my power block i typically wind it up like i would xlrs and it lays flat taking up vary little room and being rather easy to wind up. But i bought this in search of something better... Is it better? Its cleaner, it feels more professional, it comes in handy in unexpected scenarios. But it is one more step in breaking down having to wind the cord back into its case, and it has made my power block bigger and had now pushed everything els out of the pocket that once had a little extra room. So there are pros and cons i showed it to a a bunch of DJs and they loved it loved the idea I was worried about practicality tho, in the end I like my purchase my biggest positive is that is feel just more polished and professional. Biggest issue is the extra time it takes to wind back up it is becoming easier tho the longer I have it. Ultimately I would recommend because i know you on the fence I was to. But just go ahead its only a few bucks.

Excellent if you never have to adjust the length
This v2 power curl is a huge downgrade from the out of production v1.i bought two of these, one to keep at home and one for my bag. The one at home is great since I rarely adjust the length and it keeps my cables at the perfect length and the bottom grips nicely floor keeping it in place. However, if this is something that you plan on regularly wrapping and unraveling it is a huge disappointment. The v1 didn't have the outer rubber cover so you could very quickly roll it up and it stored flat. With this version the flap gets in the way and makes it difficult to wrap. It never stays fully open so it gets in the way when trying to roll up. When it is rolled up the cables stick out the top which makes it impossible to store flat in a bag. I wish they still made the v1 because it was better for the travel scenario but if you have a more fixed charger like I do at my desk at home it's great.

It gets annoying....
If you think of putting away the cable for a while, it's a great organizer for it to keep it organized while putting it away into storage. But to use it daily taking the cable out and putting it back, it turns into a hassle.

Funcional
Realiza el cometido del cuidar el adaptador de corriente de la macbook pro, lo malo es que no guarda en la totalidad todo el cable sin que resulte un poco mas abultado, pero en general no existe problema con el producto
