-some brass collars dinged from shipment.-this comes de-constructed, and you're supposed to screw the 'arms' in. However the wire/cable they use doesn't like to push back into the holes so it's quite difficult to assemble.We actually started to strip one wire's coating just trying to get it together.-The lamp cord used for the main base does not fit in the metal tubes that it hangs from. With about 30 mins of cohersing, I finally got the wires through the tubes, but now they do not fit through the base. Will be drilling out the base connector to make them fit.All in all, nice unit, but the cables/cord used were incorrect. If only companies did R&D on their own product before selling it all over amazon...

I had to return the first one due to scratches and dings on the center ball. The one I received in return basically had the same issues, so I decided to keep it and just deal with it. Then I went to put it together... this light Is the biggest pain to piece together. Each little arm has been wired with about 1-2” of extra wiring, so when you go to screw the arms into the base, you have to try and squeeze the wiring back through the hole, creating a nest of wires inside the ball base so the last two arms won’t even begin to budge back into their respective holes... Also, the light comes with ZERO DIRECTIONS Also the bar that holds it from the ceiling feels a bit flimsy.If I could give zero stars for assembly, I would.

Easy to assemble and hang. Well packaged. One warning .... it’s 18 bulbs so you better go with LED bulbs because I went with traditional incandescent 60W not thinking and they were too bright and hot. Most summers can’t handle that much wattage without generating lots of heat at the switch. These antique looking bulbs aren’t cheap. I’ve had to re-buy 18 more bulbs but LED this time. Light fixture is awesome overall

A wonderful light fixture! The box that it came in were a little beat up but the fixture works fine. It would be nice to have a few more nuts that can use to adjust the holding screws baseplate to help make it flushed to the ceiling. Had to improvise a little but it turned out fine in the end. Works great with slopes ceilings!I love the silver metal light base contrasts. 18 lights so it is very bright and perfect for parties. Will work on installing a dimmer.

It’s a decent fixture for the price. Bit tricky putting it together because one of the light antennas wires wouldn’t push down into the ball. Just had to split the ball open and move some other wires out of the way. No huge deal but takes a bit of fiddling. The bulbs will cost as much as the fixture.

We put this up in place of our LARGE ceiling fan. Fills the space perfectly. We love it and get SOOOO many compliments.We put 40 w Edison bulbs.. still very very bright. Get 20 w if possible. We are putting a dimmer on it so it is not so bright. Even though 18 bulbs were expensive.. I still love it!!!!!

Looks like it was wired by a grade schooler. Wrong sized wires on several sockets, some wires just twisted together. We have to rewire the entire fixture. Several loose and bare connections Absolute Garbage!

Beautiful!! I LOVE it! but it took way too long to pass the cable through the knuckle. Worth it, tho.
