The Build Quality Is Goog But The straps Quality is very Bad And it was broken in a Few Hours the size is 1 inch heel and the was no stickiness and has heel Protection but it was not feet for every feet No Pain Relief and No Effectiveness also

Comfortable & Value for money
A must recommend product for everyone, I've tried the black ones that are flat with modular heels, they're extremely uncomfortable, but these are super comfortable but they're not adjustable. Material is like soft jelly like silicon.
