I've used deox many times. Highly recommended Especially for fuse boxes On old European cars Like my Volvo 240Unlike dielectric grease Thisthis actually Can reverse corrosion on electrical connections.

My Question: How would you rate this item? The Item is the best that I know of (but I paid way to much on amazon). The only oxide inhibitor that I know of that doesn't solidify and its mostly translucent. If you are in electrical contracting you know, you cant use de-ox without getting it on clothes, it always happens. Well this stuff is still greasy and doesn't want to wash out to good either but its not black like the rest. Another good thing is you can lubricate the spring tension connections in an in-line meter base with this stuff and that's why the power CO's use llsco. The only biggest thing de-ox does is provide a layer of protection against corrosion (same as a coat of paint on a metal chair.) Well they all do that but this one can be used as a lubricant on energized busses bars etc. when needed.

I build a lot of projects involving different metals so I always use this. I use it on tower leg joints so they will disassemble easily when taking down at a later date Also on all aluminum antenna construction. Penatrox brand is too messy for me. This works much better for me.

I work in HVAC and my employer uses that Noalox stuff, which I don't care for. I purchase this stuff, and use it on aluminum wires, disconnects, and anything else might need it. It doesn't dry out like the Noalox stuff, and isn't runny, either. Definitely what I prefer to use.

Works .. I am good to go for some time now.

Does as it should, the tube was full. Won't be going back to not using some and cleaning connections every little bit at this cost.
