Great product. Works great when installed in the correct direction!
I recently upgraded the dash instrument lights in my boat with these LED Dash Instrument Light Bulbs in white. Having used them for a while now, I wanted to share my personal experience. Initial Impressions & Installation: Out of the box, the bulbs felt sturdy and well-made. The twist-lock sockets were a convenient addition, making the installation process quite straightforward. I appreciated that they were designed to be a direct replacement, fitting perfectly into the existing sockets without any modification. The "super bright" claim immediately caught my eye, and I was eager to see if they lived up to the hype. This is where these bulbs truly shine – literally! The difference in brightness compared to the old incandescent bulbs was night and day. My instrument panel, which used to be dimly lit and hard to read in certain conditions, is now incredibly clear and vibrant. The pure white light provides excellent visibility for all gauges and indicators, making driving at night much safer and more comfortable. There's no harsh glare, just a clean, crisp illumination. I have read other reviews stating that some of the bulbs don’t work. Being LED bulbs means these bulbs have a positive and negative side (which is not marked). If they don’t work, just remove the and flip them over. That solved the issue for me. Overall Recommendation: I am thoroughly impressed with these bight Bulbs. They deliver on their promise of super brightness and have dramatically improved the aesthetics and functionality of my boats's dashboard. If you're looking to upgrade your instrument panel lights to a brighter, cleaner, and more modern LED look, I highly recommend giving these a try. They offer great value for the significant improvement they provide.

Does work for a 1998 Chevy s10 even though it says it dosent.
LED's were easy to install. I checked them first for polarity with a 12 volt battery and some small speaker wire I had. Then I marked the positive wire on each bulb with a red marker so I'd know what's positive. Then I installed them in the dash all in one direction, except the one bulb behind the oil pressure gauge is the opposite direction of the other 5 for some reason. Just pay attention because if you turn them fully locked in they wont make contact with the soldier ribbon on the printed circuit board and they wont work. That was simple to pay attention to. They work fine and are nice and bright. I'd been thinking about doing this for years, but didn't know if I'd like the look, but I definitely do and glad I finally spent that $12. I also changed the 2 floor light bulbs under the dash and it looks so much better than the ugly yellow old fashioned look of the old bulbs. It was worth it 100%

They Do Work REALLY WELL so far, READ FIRST
First, if you see some review from someone saying "These said they would fit and they didn't.", it's because they are lazy. These say they will not fit my 01 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and they do. They are the LARGER LIGHT SOCKETS and if you looked at them and did some research ahead of time, you would know if they would fit or not. Don't blame amazon because you are lazy. Now,for the bulb and socket review haha. The bulbs metal wire is loose but is attached. The socket cant be turned all the way or it will come out of contact with the metal on the circuit board and not light up, so you have to have some fines. TURN YOUR LIGHT SWITCH LIGHT ON SO THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS STAY ON! I wasted time thinking they weren't working because it was bright enough that my lights weren't auto on. If your lights are on and your instrument panel lights are turned up all the way, you will defiantly know if they are working or not. They wont be in the same position as the cut outs on the black plastic clip on backing as the instrument panel. Just clip what will clip and leave the one or two that wont alone. IT MAY BE A BIT FRUSTRATING AND DIFFICULT BUT IT IS WORTH IT! I was able to get all of them working and shining bright. I love the way they look and I am hoping they have a long life. Thank You Very Much =-)

got like an ice blue color light instead
Ordered white led lights, got like an ice blue color light instead. I was actually looking for those so not complaining about that ha. Installed these on a 00 Blazer removing trim and gauge cluster was pretty straightforward. What wasn't clear was getting the lights to turn on at all I tried turning them around, putting them half way on, seating them all the way down. Finally what worked was installing them with a quarter TURN making sure the two copper ends matched the two copper ends on the back of the cluster. That was exactly a quarter of a turn. So if you're having the same issue just turn it a little ways and you should get them to work. Also lights are brighter than stock... well at least some of them found one of my lights to be rather dim compared to the rest of them. Got tired of taking the cluster out a bunch of times so I let the dim light be, that lights up my oil and temp. So 3 out of 5 stars seems fair to me. It's an okay product we'll see if all of that trouble was worth it and see if they last.

Iluminan muy bien, no se sobrecalientan. Recomendados. Los usé para retroiluminar el panel de instrumentos, controles del aire y el selector de la palanca de mi Mustang GT ‘97.

I bought these to fit my dash in my 1996 F350, I previously had a different brand with the chipset that sticks up more and they didn't fit correctly, so I ordered these and when I finally got around to changing them out all I can say is WOW. This is a very nice blue, and they are much brighter than the old ones I had, despite having LESS chips! These also do not flicker like the old ones did on low light setting and the glow plugs cycling.
