I absolutely love this tint. I’ve tried many different makeup products and shades, and this one consistently stands out because it doesn’t look like you’re wearing makeup at all. It evens out my skin tone, covers discoloration and minor blemishes, and still looks completely natural—like your skin on a really good day. No cakiness, no heavy feel, and no obvious makeup finish. What I really appreciate is how forgiving the shades are. I’ve tried going slightly lighter and slightly darker, and they still blended beautifully and looked natural. For the past year, I’ve settled on the shade Wheat, and it’s been perfect for me. The makeup goes on really nice and blends in well, matching my skin tone. I was so worried the Opal tint would be too light, making my face pale and washed out. I have dark brown hair and fair/olive skin tones. I am a true "winter". My skin is pale in the winter and light olive tan in the summer. I am also in my 50's and use makeup as a way to smooth over line aging lines and blemishes. This makeup did the job! It goes on light like a lotion and is buildable in color. However, a little goes a long way. One light coat is all I need. The big bonus is that it's all natural without the toxic chemicals.

Purchased wheat 4.5. I am 40 and have medium-light tanned skin with some rosacea. Sometimes cool tones work for me and sometimes neutral or warm. It's so hard to color match my skin! I purchased a few different shades before finding this one. I highly recommend starting with this shade if you have a hard time color matching. For additional reference, I also wear shade 122 creamy beige in Maybellines fitme makeup. I wouldn't have thought to purchase bare minerals but was recommended this brand after a browlift. I am 3 weeks Post Op and didn't want to put anything on my incisions that was harsh or had chemicals as well as needed sunblock to protect my incision. All I can say is that this makeup is beautiful and I don't think this gets as much attention as it deserves. I applied with a dry sponge given that I have combination skin and didn't want to get too oily. It's nice on its own but given that I was in Vegas, I set it with a light powder. It held all night and morning and I have never gotten so many compliments. BEAUTIFUL 😍

Just WOW. I have been using bareMinerals foundation powders for years because they offer good coverage without being heavy and never make my skin breakout. However, I have been having some complexion issues ever since I had my last baby and needed something extra so saw this product and decided to give it a shot based on reviews and already loving the brand. bareMinerals products may seem a little on the pricey side, but the quality is worth it. You don't need very much of this to cover your face and my skin instantly looks better after it is on. PLUS it having SPF 30 makes it even more worth the cost. I have been receiving compliments on my skin ever since I started to use this. I also started to use a Korean face pad product that is meant to minimize pores and this combination is working to make my skin look so much better.

I have switched from traditional liquid foundation which, as the day progressed, seemed to dry my skin and emphasize wrinkles. Since switching to this product, my skin is kept moisturized all day it while it provides enough coverage that my skin tone is evened out and wrinkles are not as pronounced. I’m so happy I found this! Before this, I thought I was just doomed to have dry looking aging skin, worst at the end of day.
