In Desi shops you can get these powders and some even make this by their own. The powder quality is good. Dabur also has this, but I didn't buy this as Dabur always uses preservatives. This product has none and expiry date is two years. You will get two big bottles and consuming about 5-8 grams per day, it will last you easily 6 to 7 months. So, this powder is very effective, has mild laxative nature, but at the same time it ensures proper digestion and complete removal of waste in bowel movement. This is the perfect solution for people who suffer from prolonged Constipation and hemorrhoids. This powder is very effective than consuming Isabgol or prunes. However for effective remedy, remember this following points ♦ Add more fiber foods daily. Don't eat plain roti or Rice. Vegetables is a must, plus eat lots of spinach daily. If you don't find it or eat it, then better take one spoon of Isabgol in the morning and at night on such day to compensate the lack of fiber from your food. This powder can help your bowel movements smooth and laxative, but again without fiber, your bowels will strain and again it will cause pain.
