Highly recommeded for children
I love this series of books by Chris Ferrie. The complex concepts are explained in an easy manner for children to understand. The colourful pictures are very attractive and informative as well. The print and paper quality is nice.

Not worth the price
It is very expensive for the content it covered. Not really worth.

A great concept
A great concept. Ideally would have bought ABC’s of Mathematics but reviewers stated that the book included 1 as a prime number so absolutely could not buy it. Possibly pictures could be a bit more striking but I am being picky, I’m not a rocket scientist so hope it is accurate 😬

My daughter loves it. She might not understand it ...
My daughter loves it.She might not understand it yet (only one year old) but she absolutely loves it. If I had any complaint is that I need more.Complex topics are explained so simply.I will automatically buy any new book from this series.

What a waste of money, and cardboard.
Absolute drivel. Content is half a dozen sentences that wont make a blind bit of sense to any child regardless of age. Nearly six ponds for half a dozen sentences, a bit of cardboard and a few drawings of a a ball or two. What an absolute con. We bought three different books in this series for our grandson, and all three will be returned to Amazon. shame on you Amazon for selling this rubbish at such a price. Had we paid one pound for all three, I would have felt hard done by.

Fantastic for my 9mnth old and me!
My 9 month old son loves this and so do I! We read this daily multiple times and enjoy the pictures combined with the "story". I love that it's genuinely interesting for me as well as him, and perhaps he picks up on that. We have most of this series of books (and started reading them with my son when he was around 4 months old). As well as this one I'd particularly recommend General Relativity for babies and Quantum Entanglement for babies.

Brilliant, fun learning!
A brilliant little hardback book, ready and waiting to make my 6 month old the next child genius. Even learning new things myself, and I'm 22!!! Love it!

Amazing!
The most amazing books I’ve ever bought. My son is 5 and he reads them himself. He’s an expert now. Pretty pleased with himself. Will be going to a university soon.

Great fun, not perfect.
Generally good fun & a good intro to some physics for kids, but a weird jump from aerodynamic lift to rockets is a jarring dissapointment.

Great stuff!
Bought the whole set of these for my baby niece and nephew. They actually explain the concepts really well and all start from the same basic dot!Useful for parents, uncles and aunts as well as babies :)

don't buy
Bought the "ABC of science" book by this author which I loved so then bought this one. It was a poor choice. Images are not interesting enough for toddlers and the depicted images aren't clear.

Making physics simple
This book makes a great baby shower gift, it's never too early to start introducing babies to science!

For adults too!
This book is brilliant, teaching anyone who reads it - child and adult alike - the very basic principles of rocket science in a fun and easy to follow way!

Simple science.
Bought these for a geek dad as a wee joke. Lovely board books, that actually explain science in the simplest terms.
