Awesome fishfinder mount. I LOVE the YakAttack equipment, really well made and thought out. There quick release mounts are stronger, easier to use, and easier to install than the other brands. The only issue they have, which they should try to fix is there is always a tiny bit of wiggle on the base attachment when it is locked, but it is minor. The other thing that could be better on this unit is the ability to swivel the top part that attaches to the display. You can swivel the base and adjust the arm to do the same thing for the most part, but a swivel top would make it perfect. I recommend their products though.

Paired this bad boy with my Garmin 93sv and it’s holding strong. There’s a little wiggle, but nothing that’ll ruin your day—especially when you compare it to the Kiwi competitor (insert sheep-related pun here ). Let’s just say this one doesn’t bail when the boat rocks. I used a MightyMount , attached the fish finder mount and added a LockNLoad Extension Arm with a camera mount—perfect for filming yourself while you ID fish or stare into the abyss with LiveScope. I added the YakAttack LockNLoad Fish Finder Mount to my kayak setup to secure my fish finder and make it easier to view sonar data while fishing, and it has been a noticeable upgrade over standard ball-mount systems. Right away, the LockNLoad mounting system stood out — it provides a stable, secure attachment that doesn’t slip, rotate, or wiggle once locked into the track. I mounted it on my kayak’s rail track and was impressed by how solid it holds even larger displays, giving me confidence in rough-water conditions. Great mount used on my pdl120. The mount is secure but not completely stable, there is a little wobble but does not affect the fish finder and not a deal breaker.

I mean it’s YakAttack. It don’t get much better then that. Well designed, well built, GREAT quality. It’s a win all around. Would’ve loved a YakAttack decal with it, though. It would have looked good with the other big names on my yak.

Works amazing just as it should

A lot of wobble at the base, and doesn't line up with Garmin striker 9 bracket holes. Had to elongate 2 of the holes just to get it screwed in, and the supplied screws aren't long enough to catch the nylon in the nuts. Overall don't think it'll come off, but I wouldn't use it on anything other than a kayak.

Quality mount for my Garmin echomap 7. Fits perfectly on my Hobie.

This is actually better than my ram mount. Bought the 90 degree attachment for my Lund. Works great.
