Highly Recommended!
this book had been in my MUST list for a long time. He has covered everything we call dessert in this book. Gorgeous photos , good explanation of the recipes. Some are really superb, some mmm - i may not even to attempt (ex.: Rice pudding with roasted rhubarb and tarragon). But the cookbook is very beautiful.

Awesome book for dessert lovers
This book is pure genius. Love the recipes and the presentation. I returned it once as it was not handled properly by the vendor and came damaged. Finally got my flawless copy! So excited!

The food was completely damaged
The books contain some amazing recipes but the book delivered to is in a damaged condition with green stains like a used one

Christmas baking made easy!!
This book from Ottolenghi and cowriter Goh is simply amazing with clarity and method and timing out front for the wannabe bakers at Christmas. Great photos as usual. Our collection of his books grows annually.

Todos los libros, y este no es la excepción, son de gran calidad, tanto en su contenido como en la calidad de las fotos, el papel, el número de recetas (algunas más laboriosas que otras) pero excelentes

Yotam Ottolenghi, um mestre!
Gosto muito das receitas e das histórias que acompanham as receitas de Yotam Ottolenghi e seus colaboradores. Por um motivo que nem eu mesma sei, pulei este livro de "Doces", que resgatei agora. Recomendo muito, mesmo que alguns poucos ingredientes não estejam disponíveis aqui. As receitas são bem detalhadas e fáceis de seguir e são muito diferentes das usuais por aqui: bonitas e muito saborosas

Sweet - much too sweet
Sehr schöne Bilder und Rezepte für die, die nur Anregungen suchen. M.E. sind die Rezepte für Märkte bestimmt, in denen supersüss eine gesuchte Eigenschaft ist. Meinerseits rate ich dazu die Zuckermengen auf 30 % zu reduzieren...auch die Flüssigkeitszugaben sind mit Vorsicht zu beachten. Kurz: ein schönes Kochbuch zum Stöbern, nicht für Anfänger empfohlen ...

Ottimo libro e ottimo servizio
Arrivato in anticipo e perfettamente imballato. Il libro è ovviamente bellissimo: tantissime ricette (dice più di 110), dettagliate e interessanti. Scritto molto bene, contiene almeno un'immagine per quasi tutte le ricette. Naturalmente è in inglese. Ottimo acquisto, non vedo l'ora di provarne alcune (già conoscevo alcune ricette di Ottolenghi) e comprare altri suoi volumi.
