Benefit of doubt

Cheated by Al Shifa Honey
The saller had deceived me this time. The honey had a darker hue in comparison, and in the bottom of the jar, I discovered sugar crystals. There's no honey flavour at all. Because I have diabetes, occasionally my taste buds malfunction. I so assumed that was the reason. However, other family members claimed it wasn't honey after using it. It is similar to sugar syrup used to make sharbat. Please look into this matter and resolve the issue otherwise I will complain in consumer court. I will bring this matter in media.
