Exactly what I needed, but unfortunately NDS products are a bit on the expensive side. You would be better off using your creativity skills and making your own insert.

Worked well for raising several catch basins that had over time become low as the grass grew around it. One of the best features is that the riser can be cut to fit the existing catch basin.

You can cut it.
Cut 3 inches off and screwed to the receiving lip and holds lawn mower running over no issue. 15 minute solution
