Not too big and collects moisture well and makes a difference to my room. It started collecting moisture after a few minutes and collects more in a day or two than the disposable packet ones over a few months. It's very quiet aswell, you can hear it but it's not annoying, sounds a bit like a desktop computer, much quieter than a fan heater, has 3 settings and coloured lights are quite good aswell or just turn lights off. My smart meter doesn't even change when it's turned on so its also really cheap to run. I would get another one if I needed two or would buy as a present for someone.

Extracts moisture well enough in our utility room. Well made, nice product, has 3 speeds, quiet on low, is easy to empty.

After trying out my son’s dehumidifier for a short time, my dad, who suffers from COPD due to the coal dust on his lungs from his years as a miner, asked me to buy this for him. He’s found that a less humid atmosphere helps him to breathe must better and makes him feel better generally. Additionally, it’s relatively small and light enough for my mum to move around. All in all, he seems pretty happy with it, I’d say.

Didn’t work! Tried another, much cheaper & older dehumidifier, I had and it worked perfectly, extracting moisture from the cupboard I had placed newly purchased dehumidifier in!!! Returned - refunded promptly. Returns process via ASDA very easy & efficient!

Definitely worth your money it works wonders in my small room. The customer support is truly fantastic. When I contacted them regarding a problem they where absolutely brilliant they responded to my emails the same day and offered me a replacement which was shipped to me the next day, the whole problem was resolved with in 5 working days. Gave it 4 stars because it struggles a bit in the room it is placed in. It is a bit noisy, but one can survive with the noise. The lights can be turned off, this is a plus because nobody needs the light to be one all the time 😁. Otherwise, it is still going.

I purchased both the 1200ml one and this one because my Victorian flat has become very damp (exacerbated by the months of really wet weather in the UK). This is because the rendering on the outside wall has deteriorated ... and the managing agents haven't got round to fixing it yet. I hope to sell the flat at the end of the year - after the damp has been fixed - so it was important for me to reduce the damp levels. I had damp in my wardrobe - causing my clothes to smell musty - and the paint had 'blown' in my hallway. Also, there are damp patches in my loft (for which I use a non-electric tablet type dehumidifier). I used the 1200ml one in my hall and immediately it started to fill up. I have left it on permanently at the moment. I used this larger capacity (2000ml) one in my wardrobe and bedroom - and this has eliminated the musty smell. The noise is a little distracting at night (I am a light sleeper) so I only use it during the day. Both of these dehumidifiers are attractive to look at, and the red flashing warning lights work when they are full. They have useful handles as well. Yes, it can also be colourful - but I don't use that as I just want functionality In the short time I have been using these two - the relative humidity in the damp areas of my flat has reduced from 86+ to 60 ... so I am a very happy customer. They are not cheap - but since they work very well I highly recommend them.

Did not perform to expectation. Used from 9pm to 5am after having windows open during the day. 11degreesC. Midnight 5degC and then at 5am it was 2degC, the outside air temperature. The room temperature was 21.5degC. Barely a drop of water in the collection bin(600ml was expected) and a large amount of condensation on my sash windows. Humidity 77%! The room area is 22.8 sq m. The dehumidifier I’m replacing would have hit 40-50% by now and ensured my windows were dry. Rainbow lighting very annoying. Returning after one days use. Now have a different model which keeps the room at 50% humidity very quickly generating around 1.3litres in 24hours. The sellers investigated why the initial performance was not immediate, perhaps a little more time to let the unit come up to full working order. They did respond by refunding no quibble in full and most importantly, an apology, very important element that some other companies I’m dealing with right now, could learn.

It doesn't draw nearly much moisture from the air as it claims it does. Also, it claims to be quiet enough on one of the modes that you sleep with it while it's on - this is absolutely not true - even on the quietest mode it's so loud you couldn't possibly sleep with it on. False advertisement.

Disappointed with the product. I just don't understand how there are so many positive reviews. The dehumidifier was on with the wet laundry for 10 hours and it collected maybe 100ml of water. Wish I paid more and got better product.

Its loud, and doe not collected water as fast as it states. In a wet area like ireland theres plenty of moisture in the air, this dehumidifier is not the answer. Spend a bit more on a proper
