I think this product works to keep my weight down.
I don't think this keeps my appetite weaker, but I think it absolutely keeps my weight down even though I eat what I want, My weight stays the same even though I should be gaining weight.

These are not 1400 mg capsules as implied by headline and copy
These say 1400 mg per serving, but nowhere does it say two capsules per serving, giving the very misleading impression that these are 1400-mg tablets.

Works!
My husband has been taking this for about four weeks. He has lost 10 lb. no side effects. We are learning to follow a plant-based diet, but so far not stringently. So 2 lb a week is a nice amount. Very pleased.

Did nothing for me. Have used other products with moderate results, this one did absolutely nothing but make me choke down the capsules.Do not recommend
