Awesome set of cutters
The build quality on these it top notch, I picked these up because for $30 they are a great price for what you get. The grips on these are made of good stuff and they cut right through the nails I needed gone like a knife through butter, they have an interesting shape and they didn't hurt my hands at all

High Quality
I'v had many pairs of dikes in my life, from Craftsman to Channel Lock to Irwin to Klein and Klein have always lasted longer more pleasurable to use and not had chipped blades. Although this model is actually designed for re-bar wire I bought them for electrical use. I like the angled head and longer handles which allow me to reach into tighter spaces. We don't always realize the thought that goes into designing something like these but the handle angles etc. are very important. It can make using a tool a pleasure or make it miserable to use. Klein has been around a long time and they have perfected their designs. Around here almost all electricians use Klein Linesman pliers and dikes exclusively. As an example of design issues I used to have a Craftsman 3 piece set of slip joint pliers. I thought they would be great, chrome plated, coated handles etc. but the design was terrible. Anytime you would really squeeze hard on them you would inevitably end up in pain and usually a black fingernail. Just poor design, slipped off too easily (all 3 pair) I know Craftsman has used several manufacturers over the years and these were a long time ago but it shows the importance of a company like Klein, what looks like a simple pair of wire cutters probably took many years of trial and error to achieve the product they sell today. Very good dikes!

Quality
Absolute quality in a hand tool. The longer handles provide the leverage for cutting thick gauge wire with ease. The jaws are strong and sharp I’ve used this tool to cut 10 ga. Steel wire mesh and even stainless steel hog rings with no issues.

#1 universal dykes for pouch.
I've never understood how and why exactly these are the best. I've destroyed hundreds of dollars trying a variety of cutters for a few different types & gauges of wire, experimenting, hoping to find better fits (easier cuts). These win. Strength/durability/Longevity of cut surface/Range of ability/Leverage/Cut force. Squeeze on just about anything with all you got, They just don't care.
