Very nice tree. Needs better packaging.
Arrived with one beach broken. I don’t think it was braced well enough inside the box. However, after I made repairs with steel pins and screws it looks as good as new.

Beautiful Product / TERRIBLE PACKAGING.
The arrangement is lovely and looks wonderful on the table in my entryway. This would be a 5* - but I'm taking off a point for packaging. This is the WORST packaging I have ever seen. The bowl was secured with tape, but the flowering branches were just loose in an oversized box. Mine arrived with 3 bunches of blossoms laying at the bottom of the box. I kept it and will try to glue them back on. The shipper needs to at least put some bubble wrap around the branches and blossoms so they aren't flopping around in the box.

Strikingly beautiful tree!
It's a bonsai so it's a small tree but it looks beautiful with an abundance of natural looking white flowers. Looks great on my coffee table! Ps.: i've added the white pebbles under the tree, they're not included.

Good Look/Price
Arrived well-packaged and looks good up close and from across the room. A little concerned the arm of the branch may come off if handled, but for the $61 price, I have enough cash left for some glue.

You get what you pay for. When you see this youll understand why its a little more pricey than other artificial bonsai trees. Very happy with purchase!

How lifelike is the product/
We loved everything about the item. It looks so real, that it has fooled a lot of people. Very pleased.

Item received is shaped nothing like the picture. It's a mess!
I purchased a bonsai cherry blossom tree from Nearly Natural, and it is beautiful. My granddaughter commented on how much she liked it, so I wanted to buy one for her. Nearly Natural no longer carries the item, but I found it on Amazon. The first one I received from Amazon had the base/planter completely broken to bits. I returned that one and received a replacement, that is not broken, but horribly misshapen. It looks awful, and like it had been returned by someone already - since the box was re-taped. It appears that Amazon re-sells returned items from the original sellers. I will not do this again.
