Too big for cup holder
Love this cup but slightly disappointing in that it doesn’t fit in the cup holder in my car. Keeps icey drinks frozen for ages and hot drink hot.

Spills everywhere!
Awful! Spilt everywhere! So only good if you'll be standing it up straight, not putting it into the car cup holder. Contacted Chillys, but had no reply from them. Poor customer service, poor product.

Cracked lid
Item was delivered, once opened, I found that the lid was crackedItem couldn’t be replaced when I contacted customer support

Please send me a new lid
I already bought the chilly bottle, but then decided to buy the tumbler after a few weeks the lid has broke the open and close gadget has completely fallen off .. the tumbler is useless without a lid so that was a very expensive buy as I am a nurse and rely on my coffee to stay warm for when I get a moment to drink it during my 12 plus hour shift
