This helps with my eczema due to cats in my house that are staying temporarily. Very little goes a long way, be careful how much you put on. this will last a long time. Makes my skin feel soft. I’ve tried other remedies for the eczema and this one seems to be the best so far. It’s a great moisturizer.

I LOVE this brand of Tallow. True, I've tried other brands before, but still found myself wanting to purchase from the Hearth and Homestead to comparison shop. So glad too, because I feel as though it is WAY, WAY BETTER than other brands I have bought. Hearth and Homestead Hand Made Whipped Tallow Balm is all a that and a bag of chips. A little bit TRULY does go along way. It is so beautifully whipped, goes on EFFORTLESSLY, is so NOT greasy and has a very subtle scent, IF a scent at all. It sinks into my skin instantly and leaves a really nice glow type finish, leaving it touchable soft 😊. It is a superior product that everyone should know about. Def. buy it and give it a try. You WONT be disappointed.

I cannot recommend this product enough!!! My 16 month old has been suffering with quite bad eczema patches on her back and arms recently and within a week of using this after her baths (which I also put natural colloidal oats in) it’s 99% cleared!!! It’s definitely worth the money. I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to as I’m so pleased with the results and knowing it’s organic and natural with no nasties!

Irritates the skin a little and pretty solid cream rather than the whipped picture.

I have been on a journey to clear my skin for over a year now. I used to use moisturizing products from CeraVe and other similar skin care brands, but after seeing a video about the harmful ingredients that are actually in most of the major skincare products, I knew I had to switch to something different. Weeks later I came across a few videos of people RAVING of beef tallow and the benefits to using it as a moisturizer. I don't usually fall for trending skin care products as I have not had very good luck in the past. But, the before and after photos of many different people's skin was very enticing. So, I did some searching on Amazon for a beef tallow product that had good reviews and came across this one. I was a little hesitant because of the price and I was worried that if it didn't work I would have wasted $30, but I was DESPERATE for clear skin and for some reason I had a gut feeling that this would work.... And let me tell you, this is the BEST skin care product I have EVER purchased in my entire life!!!! I USED TO struggle with HEAVY dark spots around my chin and forehead (because I would pop my pimples and pick at my face, I know gross), acne on my chin and along the side of my head, dry skin patches around my nose, and SEVERE eczema all around my neck. I am about to purchase my 2ND JAR of this stuff and I will CONTINUE purchasing this for the rest of my life (God willing that they will still be in business, hopefully thriving even more). I started with using the tallow only a night and using a Korean skincare moisturizer in the mornings because I wanted to make this last as long as possible (I was being a cheapskate lol), and I WAS seeing some results, which meant that the product was working. So then I started using it morning AND night and that was the GAME CHANGER!!! My skin started clearing up SO FAST!! The 1st jar lasted me about 2 months (bought it on Oct. 7th). And I also make sure to apply sunscreen in the mornings (to help with dark spots and anti-aging that the sun's UV rays cause/worsen) after applying the tallow as a moisturizer. My skin feels SO soft and hydrated now, and I haven't seen my skin this clear since I was a kid (I'm 22 now). My eczema has almost disappeared completely, the dark spots are almost fully gone, and I no longer suffer from dry patches around my nose or neck. It will leave your skin very shiny/glowy when you apply (doesn't feel oily or heavy) BUT it WILL settle nicely so that you have a nice, subtle glow. I know that continuing to use this product will only lead to COMPLETELY clear skin, which is why I am purchasing my 2ND JAR today. The price is DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!! And for it being so small, it does go a LONG way. You don't need to apply much on your face/neck, and I would give your skin time to adjust to using this product as a full-time moisturizer. You may experience (as I did) some breakouts in the beginning, but give it some time, and with consistency you'll start to see positive results very soon.
