Great book
I thoroughly enjoy this book. It not only gives you yoga poses, but it also points out what muscles you use when you do them. I’m pleased that it is spiral bound which I feel will make it last longer. I recommend this book.

Good for balance and for work
These exercises are good for balance if you have medical where your balance needs to be constantly monitored. Helps you find ways to help improve how you hold yourself or catch yourself when needed. As a cashier some of these exercises help me keep limber and safe while working. The book has a chalk full of information about how it came to be and health. I would recommend it to everyone.

Smaller than I expected
I have a copy of this book, which I love, so I wanted to purchase it for a friend. So I typed in the name of the book and author and up pops this copy ( same cover, same title, same author) . When I received my order I was very disappointed that it was not the same book. My book is 10.5" by 8.5" and includes a great fold up workout poster. This new purchase is a much smaller version only 8.75" by 7" and no workout poster. No where does it give the books dimensions or say it is a smaller version. The contents of the book are very good, but would have preferred the larger version.

Great photos, great descriptions
Great photos, great descriptions, very clear what muscles and tendons being strengthened and/or stretched. I bought 3 of these so I could pull two of them apart to make different Yoga routines (adding some regular weight training too). Beautiful book. Well thought out. Well done.
